Lucas said sadly, he has deeply thought about this through and realise that there was no way out, he wouldn't be foolish enough to choose death and let the rest of his people die too, if he survive this out he can look for a way to get Nathalie back. He wouldn't abandon Nathalie in the hands of this monster. Alpha Max smiled in satisfaction, good, smart choice, he commented. Lucas didn't reply. Alpha Max was in a good mood. Lucas wasn't expecting it to be this fast, what's the rush? Why does he want to get married to Nathalie in just two days?, will he still be able to get Nathalie back if she is married to this demon?. Beta Leo took the bowls of blood away, he felt like the alpha is being too hasty, why is he in a rush? , taking a Luna is a big deal especially for a pack as big as theirs, they should call the elders to inform them or discuss about it, not that anyone would dare to challenge the alpha, but the secomstances of his mate is complicated, the pack is meant to hate witches, the alpha himself made it that way because of what he suffered in the hands of witches.
