Cassie closed her eyes for a second and opened them. “Twelfth house rule: Never steal anything- clothes, shoes, money or food. If you steal, the boss will make sure that you go to jail.” Cassie snorted. “How will I steal when I am living in this house?”
Kelly decided to ignore that ridiculous question. Not that Cassie minded anyway.
“Thirteenth house rule: Always be honest and tell the truth. Please do not lie to the boss about anything. If the boss finds out that you lied, you will break his trust and there will be a problem. Fourteenth house rule: If you hurt yourself or fall sick, please tell the boss immediately. He’d want you to be treated right away and not use your own medications but ask the boss for his medications which will be provided for you immediately." Cassie snickered in
