~Forbidden's POV ~

I jolted awake in my bed, startled by who-knows-what.
"Forbidden?" Luke groans as he lifts his head from my hospital bed.
"Hey Luke." I whisper as I squeeze his hand.
"How you feelin'?" He asks.
"Like complete shit." I laugh softly and he smiled at me.
"Amen." He high-fived me as we laughed.
"So, what you wanna do?" I asked, bored.
"Let's play 20 questions so we can get to know each other!" Luke perked up and I giggled softly.
"Alright, this should be fun." I smiled and he shined, knowing that I actually agreed to his idea.
"Alright, favourite color?" He asked.
"Light blue and galaxy.I also like black, gray, and white a lot. Favorite animal?" I returned.
"I like blue too! And I love penguins." He smiled and I laughed. "Favorite band?"
"Other than you guys?" I said playfully and he laughed. "Uh, Mayday Parade or All Time Low. I like Sleeping With Sirens too, and A Day To Remember, The Summerand Green Day and... Well, you get the gist of it. I like koalas and puppy's by the way." I answered. "Um... Favorite movie?"
"Mean Girls or White Chicks." He immediately answered. "Um, I'm out of questions."
"Same." I laughed.
It was just then that one of the nurses decided to walk into the room.
"Hi, sorry to interrupt, but I have some important news for you two." The nurse smiled and I frowned, a bit concerned.
"Its nothing bad, no need to worry." The nursed paused. "After we carefully analyzed both of your blood, we had found out that the two of you are actually relatives."
My eyes widened as she continued. "Your name is Sarah-Louise Constantine Hemmings, you are 19 years old, and your birthday is October 31st." The nurse smiled before leaving, leaving both of us dumbfounded.
"We're related!?!" We exclaimed in unison before I blushed.
"Oh my god..." I looked down. This is horrible...
I used to have a freaking crush on this guy!
I may or may not have vomited a bit in my mouth.
