Chapter 16 : It's Him

I'm done with my fourth class, it was easy because no one dared to talk to me or even gave an attention which I prefer the most. Except that Coby guy.

The most exciting class is coming because I've been craving for pain, and I need it now. The subject is a fighting lesson and it needs physical activities. It will also be the last for today.

I heard they have a restaurant in here where students eat their lunch, but I did not go there, I'm still full and I'm immune not eating lunch.

I'm walking towards the gym because the class will start after 5 minutes, suddenly someone called my name.

"Claire!" It's Drena, she's running towards me. I nodded at her recognizing her presence.

"We have the same class for our last subject, that's great!" She smiled at me while walking towards the gym. We are now wearing our PE uniform, it's a maroon jogging pants and a white shirt.

When we entered the gym, the students already gathered. They have a good body and also talented, other looks nerdy but still have a body that can fight.

"Oh no!" Drena mumbled with a gasped, I looked to where she was looking to see a curly haired girl in a ponytail not so far from as but not too close "She's the strongest girl in this academy! Why now? She can be here earlier but not now with us. It's dangerous, she's dangerous, avoid her as you can." Her eyes held worry and fear.

The girl is pretty and has a well built body but still looks good for a lady, she's trained... I can see that.

She might have sensed that we're staring at her because she looked at our direction and smirked. I looked away and smirked at myself.

Then I looked at Drena behind me as I nodded. I hope this will be good, satisfaction, is also a reason I came here.

The class started and the teacher introduced himself as Mr. Cleo, he instructed as to introduce ourselves and we obeyed.

When it is the curly haired girl turn she stand up "Hi everyone! You already know me because I'm the best girl fighter in this academy. But to those new I'm Daniela Morales or call me Dane 20 years old, taken by Xenon." She fake a smile.

When she emphasized the name 'Xenon' most girls turned sad and others gasped.

Xenon... there's something in the name I can't decipher but I remember not encountering that name.

"Feeler, as if." Drena murmured behind me but I heard it clearly. Oh well, I don't care.

Others introduced themselves and when it's my turn I stand up, I have to play along with them, I choose this path. "Claire... Tan." I hesitantly stated which earned a look from Dane. I sit back.

I'm so disappointed in the class, I expected much but the time just passed with introduction, warm-up, stretching and jogging around the gym.

I need to go, I need to do something that can at least satisfy my body. I yearned for pain and I have to get it.

The day have passed, it's dark now and I'm in our room with the two that still bickering until now. We have already eaten our dinner and are now preparing to sleep. But,

"Really, she's so annoying, she even dared saying 'taken by Xenon.'" Drena mimicked Daniela's voice with disgust.

"What!? The nerve of that girl! Xenon didn't even dared to look at her except with an annoying look!" Cassy is also getting frustrated as she put her hands on her temple.

"True! That cold-hearted guy who dislikes girls fell for her!?" Drena laughed "Over her dead body!"

They don't like Daniela for sure, but what makes them cared that much.

"Girls are hopeless when it comes to him... Xenon is so handsome but, heartless..." Cassy's face turned serious but confused.

Xenon... What's with that guy's name?

"You two stop and go to sleep." I demanded as they turned so quiet and lay down on their bed to sleep.

"Goodnight Claire, goodnight Drena." Cassy said yawning.

"Goodnight Cassy, goodnight Claire." Drena turned off the light which is near her and went to sleep.

"Goodnight." I stated as I forced my eyes to sleep but I can't because my body is craving for pain. If I can't give what it wanted, The Silencer might wake up...

I already called my mom after our dinner and I got some scolding from her for not even saying my goodbye but it's my birthday so she let it slide and greeted me a Happy Birthday.

When I sensed that the breathing of the two come to slow and steady, it's my cue to go meaning they're sleeping.

I changed my clothes to a sweatpants and a shirt, I wear my rubber shoes and my black hooded jacket. I went out unnoticeable but the guards are still awake so I used the wall.

It's so high but nothing can stop me as I ready my body. I jumped in the close trash can to get my force as I jumped high and held the top of the wall by my hand, my feet attached to one another as I passed the top of the wall sideways without touching it and landed down smoothly.

I started running in the forest, I just run for hours and then decided to go back. On my way in this dark forest, I heard a shuffling far from me but it's coming on my way.

I climbed on the tree near me and hide in a branch. I waited for someone to come until a little later a black haired guy stand under me, he has a gun.

"I know, I really saw someone running on this way..." he said probably to himself. When he take more steps away from the tree I'm hiding at. I saw his face from the moonlight... It's coby.

What is he doing in the middle of the forest? I looked at my watch, at 2 am with a gun? Something's not right.

I followed him but putting a distance enough not to be noticed. He stopped on the road, and then I saw two guys standing beside a car.

I was out of thought when I smelled it, that scent! The most enticing scent, I tried to look closer but all I can see are shadows of the men.

Coby came in front of a guy, it's him! The scent is coming from that guy but I can't see his face. Coby talked something lowly to the guy. I'm so far from them so I can't clearly hear them, just barely a whisper.

The guy nodded once and started walking. He opened the door of the passenger seat of the car but before he got inside he looked around the forest sensing something.

I smirked, he's good. No one can sense my presence except Carlo but it took him years to learn it. When he sees nothing, he get inside.

The same with Coby and the other guy who sit at the back as they drove the way to the school. So someone is driving the car, there are four of them hah.

What are they doing at this kind of hour? Why does that guy smell so enticing? His smell goes smoothly through my nostrils. It is exactly the same to the boy from seven years ago... It's him...

And... I felt something pulling me towards him. What's with him? Why do I care? Why does it matter? Tch. I shouldn't be. It shouldn't be, so I erased the thoughts.

I went back to the room, I washed and changed back at my clothes as I went towards my bed and lay as darkness filled me.

I woke up the moment Drena started to sit up, she's awake early. I stayed there lying until 6am, I stand up and prepared for my class.

On our way the two talk nonstop about their classes yesterday.

"Claire! Where were you yesterday at lunch? I didn't see you at the restaurant." Cassy asked curiously and Drena came closer with a confused look.

"Just somewhere." I stated blankly, I was really at the bench near the lake at the back of this school, it was peaceful in there as I was alone.

The two are getting immune with my attitude, they don't ask why, they just let it be, I really did not made a mistake by choosing them.

"Ow, will you come with us later at lunch?" Drena asked with hoping eyes.

"Yeah, it will be great!" Cassy beamed.

"Okay." The two light up when they heard me coming with them at lunch.

"Awesome!" They said in chorus.

"We're expecting you later, okay?" Drena asked for assurance. I nodded.

They continue talking and I just ignored them, but my ears can't.

"It's really good to hear you're improving, I can't stand your idiotic mind for more days." Drena stated to Cassy like she's talking to a child.

"What did you just say!?" Cassy snapped.

"Clearly what you heard," she explained, I can see anger rising to Cassy but disappeared when "btw, Claire and I have the same class later at our last subject. So any plans?" She asked,

Cassy's face light up "Let's go, boy hunting!" Drena slapped the back of her head.

"What the! Can you even think anything without boys included!?" She asked angrily.

It's the way now that we have to separate for our first class.

"I'm going." I stated simply as they still continue bickering. So, I started walking towards my class separating from them.

The class started but I did not sensed that Coby guy coming. He was absent. So, the class ended peacefully.

Down to my two classes before lunch, it's been easy because all I did was looking at the window or sleeping, the teacher don't mind it because most of the students don't listen to the teacher.

One of the teacher said, "It's your loss if you won't listen, I can have my salary and you'll see each other on the examination." The students just yelled at him, saying 'boos' while others laughed. And I was sleeping with awake senses.

It's time for lunch, I prepared my things and went out towards the restaurant. I looked at it from the outside, everything is seen in the inside, the wall is made up of glass.

The moment I opened the door, noise is all around, it's too noisy, I can't last in a kind of this place. My senses are sensitive. I started looking around for Cassy and Drena, the students here are so busy with their own world, so no one dared to glance at me, which is good.

I sensed the two at the corner, when I looked at them, they're waving at me with their wide smile. I went towards their table and take a seat on the chair they reserved for me.

There are already foods in the table...

"I already ordered foods. It's my treat! But if you don't like the food, I'll get some for you. What do you like?" Cassy asked with sparkling eyes, she's kind of, happy.

"No, it's fine. Thank you." I said as I started tasting the food. It's not bad.

"You're welcome!" She said with a wide smile.

"Let's dig in!" Drena half-yelled and the two started eating.

I stopped eating the moment I heard the words 'The Silencer' so I looked to where it is coming. It's from the group of students in a circular table with three guys and three girls far from our table, it can be seen as it is in the middle and can catch attention of the many.

Drena sensed my sudden stopped movement and looked at the table I'm looking at "They are a group of the best fighters in this academy, they live at one of the mansion I pointed at you yesterday. That's why, you have to stay away from them." She explained and started eating. I nodded at her and started eating slowly as I listen at the conversation in that table.

"I told you the Silencer is a girl! She have heeled boots." A boy with a headphone in his neck said. The others laughed at him.

"How can a girl killed so many in that brutal way man? That's impossible!" The other guy near him with a gray hair exclaimed.

"Absolutely! It's too strong, it can kill a person in a second. And no one can do that!" The girl in a ponytail said.

"True! I vote for a guy, I'm sure he's absolutely hot!" The other girl said giggling.

"What did you say? I am more than hot!" The guy with a gray hair exclaimed.

"Hmmpp! You're not! He is!" She snapped.

"Either way, I don't want to meet the Silencer. It's hell." The guy in a headphone plainly stated.

"Well, I prefer to die meeting the Silencer. It's a dream come true!" The girl in a red hair cheered.

The gray haired guy laughed "How can you meet a person who is hiding and you don't even know who." He said between laughter.

"There is a secret, but someone told me that the Silencer have a symbol of Tarre at the top of his/her chest." The guy with a headphone whispered.

I stopped, who the hell told him? Uncle Dos marked me when I was tortured on his basement before I fell unconscious, 7 years ago. The next day I woke up, I have a symbol of a Tarre at the top of my chest through a burning metal and worse he put a color when I was unconscious. Luckily, he never touched me sensually, but tortured me nonstop.
