Chelsea dialed Stacy’s number on her phone as she watched Ella work on a computer. They were currently within a small urban home, there was nothing special about it other than the fact that a couple lived here. She didn’t understand why the couple let her and Ella in or why they didn’t seem bothered about who they were but she didn’t ask Ella any questions.
“Stacy” a voice came from the phone and Chelsea quickly collected herself.
“Hey, it’s me” Chelsea spoke into the phone and she heard Stacy’s breathing pause for a moment.
“Are you okay? We saw the exchange site, who are those soldiers who attacked you? I know you were there because of your C-18… what’s going on? How is James?” Stacy asked several questions in an instant.
