The ashes of Ferway village
The sunlight was warm, and the breeze was calm just like every day this led me to belive it was ok I thought that the day would be like any other, but I was severely wrong by the time the clock struck 3:00 AM tragedy had fallen on the village.Flames blazing about the village house's and the swarms of people running trying to escape the flames but ther were countless people who were left behind and to die these people who were left were trapped in the flames they where screaming in agony. they thought if they had screamed loud enough someone would come and save them but all the while no one had come
I didn't understand what was happening. I've never seen anything like this soon as my house was quickly consumed as well. I just stood there because i didn't know what to do but when I thought to go to my room it was too late when I got there. I found my family's chared body's laying there I was filled with the guilt of me not being able to help them i thought if only I was here a little sooner then maybe I could of helped them but I was to slow.
After the flames had stopped, I was sitting in the rubble and ash contemplating why this happened to us shortly after, a man named Dr. Brown had started to look for survivors by the time he had found me he had a group of 18 or so with him some were mostly injured though there were some who had escaped the flames grasp some of the one who weren't injured had helped with the ones who had to be treated.just then they had found me and helped me up out of the rubble and took me to Dr. Brown and he had asked if I knew where anybody was by the time he had asked. I had shown him parents and asked if there was anything that he could do to save them. after that , he told me there was nothing he could do to help them.
A few days after the flames had stopped and we had rested, we had taken the body's of the ones who didn't make it, and we had gone and buried them. after we finished the burials, Dr. Brown said to go back to the village and scaveng any valuable recourses that are left. when w got back from the village we had found a week's amounts of food and even though we couldn't find any building materials Dr. Brown had found a small cave next to the river we could stay in for a few days before moving to a new home.
