Ryder’s pov
Karmin has called me ten times all of which I have ignored. Now I am getting threatening texts from a number I didn’t recognize. I go to get into my car to head to work and seen my tires were slashed and all the windows were broken out.
I had a feeling Karmin and her psycho baby daddy had something to do with this. I called the police. They took a statement and pictures but didn’t seem like they were very concerned.
If he was doing all this to keep me from Karmin he was wasting his time. She wasn’t the woman I wanted. I needed to call Shadow and tell her what was going on.
I know she said we couldn’t be together, but she needs to know how far Shalan would go. So, I dialed her number.
