Chapter 7 : Reunion

Naomi (smiles softly): “Ugh, you are like… always like an angry old man.”
Kael(teasing): “And you look good in this nurse dress.” (He points at her dress)
(Naomi gets a bit shy)
Naomi: “Y-ya…” (she turns away)
kael: “I heard about Yui… seriously.”
Naomi (turns to him): “Y-Yeah…” (smiles happily) “She doesn’t remember me, but she is fine so far…”
kael (nods)
Naomi: “Are you the only one who came…?” (looks up at him innocently)
kael: “No, they will be here soon. I came with the help of wind, you forgot I fly too.” (folds his hands smugly)
Naomi: “Oh… yeah.” (nods)
(kael steps forward and sits on a bench)
kael: “I am tired though. Flying for hours is not easy…” (he rests his muscles)
Naomi: “Here.” (She starts massaging his shoulders. kaelcloses his eyes, resting peacefully.)

A voice yells from afar
???: “NAOMI!!!” (She runs in and hugs Naomi tightly)
Naomi: “YAH! Teena! I will fall—” (chuckles happily)
Jeena (stops and yells): “I missed you!!”
A boy shouts from behind, closing his ears
Alex: “Yah! It’s a clinic! Patients must be sleeping! Stop yelling!”
(Jeena pouts and sticks her tongue out at Naomi)
jenna (murmuring): “Sorry…”
Naomi (smiles): “It’s fine.”
Everyone was there soon after, hugging and talking to Naomi—their long-lost member.
Haruki: “Hey… is it true? Are Yui’s eyes open?” (looks at Naomi with hope)
Naomi (nods): “Yep. She’s sleeping though…”
She looks at everyone, already knowing what they wanted to hear.
Naomi: “Wanna go see her?” (she asks softly)
Everyone’s faces light up, nodding quickly.
Naomi (smiles softly): “Room No. 4. You can go see her, but make sure not to wake her up…”
Ren replied first with happiness, “Sure!” and without wasting time, they ran away.
Naomi stood there, smiling happily, watching them. Then she noticed Noah still standing there.
Naomi (confused): “Aren’t you going too?” (points at the door)
Noah (nods no): “I’ve already seen her yesterday… Plus, if she saw me now, there could be problems. If she remembers I was the one from her dreams… she might freak out.”
Naomi nodded in understanding.
Naomi: “Hmm… true. So, wanna drink or eat for some time?” (she offered
Noah nodded, going inside with her…)
After some time, when both were having a little chat, Keal came inside.
Kael: (saying Seriously)," can I join both of you?” (He sits in the chair)
Naomi: (bluntly) “Don’t you wanna see Yui?” (confused)
Kael: “I saw her... she is safe, so there is nothing to do...” (closes his eyes)
The news was going on the TV, and Naomi was making coffee for Keal.
Noah’s eyes shifted toward the news.
News:
“Breaking News—An 18-year-old girl who had been missing since last week has finally come home. The confusing thing is—the kidnapper himself had put her fainted body near the door. They showed her fainted body on the screen. When she woke up, she was terrified, saying she had been locked in the mountains for days and didn’t know the reason for the kidnapping...
Her name is Miss Tuhara, the only daughter of a great businessman. Her father has now increased her security, and she is now under the protection of almost 40 guards. Her big brother Luis has been staying with her to protect and watch her movements.
And... she is not the only girl. Three years back, there were some cases of 18-year-old girls going missing...”

When the news said it was the same case as 3 years back, Keal raised his eyebrow and chuckled.
Naomi gave coffee to Kael and said,
“I have to check some patients. Please wait for me.”
Saying that, she left.
Noah glanced at Kael.
Noah: “It’s impossible that t-this can’t be the same kidnapper...” (he said seriously)
kael: “It... It can’t be?”
Kael: “Yup. The kidnapper used to give girls a tattoo of flowers on their neck back then. Plus, our group had handled that case.”
Noah: “Is she lying?” (confused)
Keal: “I guess, yeah. Look at her shoes...” (he zooms into her shoes where there was beach sand)
Kael (thinking): “She said she was kidn*pped in hilly areas... so how come there is beach sand in her shoes?”
Noah: (drinking) “But... it's not our case. Why should we care?”
Ren: (thinking deeply) “Hum... but it's not some faraway place, and...”
Noah: “And??” (looks at him)
Ren: “I have a bad feeling about it...” (looks at him seriously)
