We arrived on Zelocarro. Jarcut’s coordinates were spot on. After landing, I walked off with Tylo, Porro and Angon trailing behind me. I hurried over to my men. It was impossible for me to stop fidgeting. The weather was hot and muggy.
Crix and Shoan met us. “Jarcut is still in position. The Meilkans are bringing Natalya and we hope to find Amber on board their spaceship.”
The palace was huge. There were forty of the Meilkans standing out in front. There was a Bulmark lying in a pool of blood. My muscles tensed as I saw Jarcut holding Amber. She whipped out his knife and sliced it through her flesh like it was cloth. Running to the Bulmark she pressed her blood into his wounds and he came back to life.
Only Amber could bond with a Bulmark.
