Olivia took a deep breath as she stood in Arthur’s office.
She had received Arthur’s invitation the night before, claiming that he wanted to clear up some misunderstandings. To be honest, Olivia was reluctant to accept. The reason was simple: it meant she would have to see Alfonso again.
She wasn’t sure how to face him—not because of everything that had happened between them, but because, instinctively, she had always resisted being around Alfonso. It was just how she was.
