Chapter Four Late afternoon they pulled up in front of a lowset brick house with well tended gardens edging a low chain wire fence, having followed the directions to the address the girl had put in the navigator yesterday. Douglas had stopped talking hours ago, now only able to moan from his feverish nightmares. And the three of them were sick with classic flu symptoms. Seth rested his head on the steering wheel.
