Chapter Nine “Gina.” She tried to push away the hands that shook her. “Leave… be.” “Medication time.” She opened her eyes enough to glare up at Seth. “Don’t wanna move.” He held the tablets and glass out with a smile. She took them and handed back the empty glass before she rolled over to try and return to sleep. When he tapped her on the shoulder she rolled over enough to glare at him. “What?” “Keep your eyes closed.” Gina groaned. She guessed at least lying down meant she wouldn’t fall if she passed out. “Cold first. Okay. Now the sting.” Gina gritted her teeth, ready to snarl at him if he told her to relax again. She felt the heat shooting through her arm, hotter than the last couple of times. She swore. “Is this something different?” “No. Okay. All finished now. You can open
