The betrayals blood

I breathe in the fresh air coming from the forest, hmmm... this is one reason why the Moonlight pack was the best. The pack is located in the Mediterranean forest. The pack has it's heritage of being the only pack that has so much forest, based on my own assumption though. I always have the peace when I breath in the forest air, it brings that relief and calmness to my soul. I am Aria and orphan who lives alone at the back of the pack, I literally live in the betrayals hut, because of the sins of my parents. I know staying there means a lot of danger to me, even as an omega who hasn’t shifted even after attaining the age of eighteen. I woke up with a bang on my head, but I had to drag my feet, get up and get ready for today's work, it has always been this way though. This is going to be a long day and with the Luna's party coming up, I have to prepare early. I lived behind the whole pack because my parents betrayed the pack, they were good people who worked in the pack house before, in fact they were close to the Alpha in the Luna, until they got a hint and sold the pack security system to an enemy due to their greed. The alpha got wind of this, and they were brought in for questioning. They were later found guilty and killed. As their only daughter they made me suffer for their sins, I was to work all day in the pack house, clean all their pubs and cook with the chef in the pack kitchen with the other staff. I was denied my right as a member of the pack, I had to stop going to school and start working in the pack house. The pack members said that the Alpha was even gracious to me that he didn't kill me along with my parents. I knew they were right about all the allegations and always wondered why my parents would do such a thing. I entered the pack house, and went immediately to the kitchen to clean up the plates before anyone else saw them. ‘It is better to do things quickly and avoid being picked on’, that has been my slogan since I accepted my fate in this pack. As I was washing the plates, the head chef came in, "Good morning Aria", he says, "Good morning Connor",I replied... He is still the only one, he and his mate, that treat me well in this pack, which mustn't be known by anyone else. He and his mate ensure that I eat daily, because no one gives me food, and they expect me to fend for myself, since my parents choose to betray the whole pack. The two of them told me that they didn't blame me for what my parents did wrong, that I wasn't meant to be paying for their sins even after they were long gone. His wife treated me like her's and ensured I had the ideal cloth to cover me from the cold. They are a sweet couple who failed to look at me the same way others did. They both work in the pack house, Connor's wife, Lucy, was to take care of pubs in the pack house, while Connor was the head chef. "How was your night?", he asked, "It was fine", I lied, I don't have to burden them with my life. They have their own issues which they must take care of. "Hope you had a good night's rest", he asked again, I just nodded my head. Quickly before others get here, we have a lot to prepare today, you know Luna's birthday party is tonight, "You will have to go and take care of other things and come back to help us here in the kitchen", he said. I nodded, ready for the day's job and left. “Already half way done, Ensure you wash the glass cups well, they will serve the honorary today”. When I was done I rushed down to the laundry to wash all the clothes there, “this place is always packed”, I thought as I prepared to dry them, as it should be. The alpha's son dumb so clothes before me, "ensure you wash them before nightfall", he in a time more like a command, Just to avoid his trouble I nodded my head, "I am talking to you dumb ass", he shouted, I quickly answered him to avoid, not to attract people to our side, he is the alpha's only son, and the heir to the throne, and always got the attention he needed. He is always frustrated when things aren't going his way. "Will you do it quickly",he said, in his meanest way, which wasn't a surprise to me. He was always a jerk when we were, still in school together, he likes the whole attention always turned to him, which I presume he got that from his father. He was too handsome for that sour behavior of his, but who am I?, to look and talk back at the alpha's son. He doesn't like to be near me or seen around me, I was more like a plague to him and his friends, any advantage he has, he uses it to pick on me, he always brings his friends alongside to bully me. So, I am practically used to his behavior. He was my crush when we were in school, and mistakenly a friend I call my best friend, made it a public thing, so, throughout my school time they used it against me, until my parents came to change the situation entirely, which was more and more bullying by people. Even when he was bullying me, I fell in love with him more, I even thought he was my mate, until I turned eighteen and discovered I couldn't turn and he was mated to the pack beta daughter. She was also my bully and doesn't even like my sight, I mean who likes the betrayal's daughter around them, so, that makes them a pair then. I was a late bloomer as the people say.
