Damon's lost mate

Charlie was hoping tonight she would be able to leave without anyone in the pack knowing. Over the years, she became the slave of the pack that everyone abused. She turned 19 a couple of months ago and always dreamed of leaving the pack. She was tired of being abused on a daily basis. Tonight she had to serve at the afterparty to celebrate the occasion of the old Alpha handing the pack over to his son, the new Alpha. 'I need some peace for a moment ' Charlie thought to herself. Charlie went outside to take a walk for a few minutes after serving the ones who stayed for the party. Not everyone who was invited to today's celebrations stayed for the party. She was hoping that tonight would be her chance to finally escape this awful place. Charlie stopped in mid-thought as she heard a noise behind her.As she turned to see what it was, she was pushed to the ground. All the person said when he did this was "mate". Oh hell no, Charlie thought, but the person did not seem to pay any attention to her as she struggled. She did not want a mate but wanted to leave and be able to live her own life without being pushed around. Damon had come tonight to better secure the alliance he had been working for months to secure with the Black Moon pack. He was from the Midnight Moon pack and needed allies to help other packs that had strong warriors who could help him if he ever needed it. After the old Alpha kept trying to throw his daughter at Damon for most of the night, he decided he needed to escape the unwanted advances and went outside where hopefully no one would find him for a few minutes. As he went out the balcony door he never expected to smell the amazing scent of winter berries and lavender. His wolf Ronan went ballistic at the smell and decided to take over and find the owner of the smell, as they were his mate. Ronan nearly attacked his mate when he found her. Damon had a hard time trying to take back control. Before he could take control, Ronan had his mate on the ground and had stripped her clothes and proceeded to r**e her in a blind lust. Damon was trying to get Ronan to listen when he tried to tell him she was resisting, but to no avail. All Ronan knew was that he had to mate with her and get her to submit to being with him. Charlie lay beneath the man trying to get him to let her up. After he had her stripped, he proceeded to touch her in a way that made her stop struggling. All of her nerves were on fire and she could not help but surrender to the desire he was creating within her. She knew she had to stop him but her body would not listen until she felt the pain of him entering her. All she could do was hope it would be over soon because she did not want to miss her chance to escape later when she got the chance. Damon was finally able to take control of Ronan but he could not stop himself from making love to his mate with enthusiasm after waiting so many years to find her. After she stopped struggling, the moans from her became too much to withstand. After they both found their release, he wrapped her in his shirt and went into the packhouse through a backway and took her to the room he had been given during his stay. Damon made to her over the next few hours. He did not know her name, just that she was his mate and would welcome him no matter what. After 3 am they were both exhausted and fell asleep. Charlie was used to getting up extremely early before the rest of the pack to start her day while the others were still in bed. The day before, she had packed her few possessions in a bag and had them hidden outside so she could leave without anyone noticing. Charlie woke before $:30 am, wanting to get out of there and leave. Her whole body was sore. She felt a connection with the man beside her in the bed but would not let him stop her from leaving when she had the chance. She was able to get up without waking the man and grab his shirt from the floor to put on to leave the room. There was not time to go to her old room for more clothes, so she left in just his shirt. If everything went according to plan, she could slip through the forest until she came to the lake and swim to her freedom. The end of the pack lands ended on just the other side of the lake. As she got out of the lake she was cold but knew she had to make a run for the barrier. When she stepped onto the other side, she turned and cut all the ties with the pack.
