My Bestfriend's Mate

The day I met Carter was anything but ordinary. We both were 5 years old starting school in the pack land. Our pack is called the Eclipse Moon Pack. I'm the daughter of Alpha Astro and Luna Rose while Carter is Beta Mark's son. Beta Mark never brought Carter with him to the pack house for meeting's because he was too young. The first day of school I was extremely shy. My mother and father had brought me in and in her beautiful soothing voice said, " Sapphire, you'll be okay. you're going to make friends and it'll ease your emotions." Just then Beta Mark came in with a Brown haired, blue eyed boy. He walked up to my parents and I and said, "Alpha, Luna, princess Saph (my nickname from him) this is my son Carter." The boy gave me a smile as his blue eyes stared at me. That's when I knew I found my new best friend. Carter P.O.V. The first time I saw Sapphire was when we were 5. The day I met her was the day I knew she was special. I couldn't quite understand why, I just knew that I needed to be by her. She had Fiery red hair and bright green eyes, a pure goddess, that at even 5 I knew she was gorgeous.
