We are driving to the airport right now to see Ben off. We spent the afternoon together. Luca, Ben, Jas, and I. They mingled really well together, which was a relief for me. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't gotten along well. If ever a situation like this arrives, where I have to choose between my old friends and my new friends. I don't think my heart will be able to survive that.
Just the thought of it makes me shudder.
''Are you cold princess.'' Ben asked from the driving seat.
''Nope, I am dandy.'' that earns me a chuckle from him. Jas was sitting in the backseat. Luca couldn't come. He had some fraternity business.
The atmosphere was emotionally charged. Or maybe I was being extra emotional. We arrived at the airport in half an hour.
