I didn't think about what might be waiting for me the next day. I rode up in the elevator in my usual pantsuit. When the door slid open and I stepped into the waiting room, I saw Xavier leaning against the door to his office. He glanced at his watch for a moment.
"You are five minutes early." He said casually as I walked over. As I placed my purse under my desk I felt confusion fill me. Why was that important? "Come here now." He said suddenly as I put my purse down. I turned to him and he smirked softly.
"I will get my work from you in a few minutes as usual sir." He narrowed his eyes in annoyance.
