Locked in Disney World

Chapter 14 °o°

The time is currently 4:57 am.

And we are waiting.

And waiting.

For some Disney employees to come get us.

Tara and I have our things close to us, and we are ready to be escorted out.

Just then we heard someone whistling, making us both stand up and look at the direction that it is coming from.

Low and behold, we see two employees walking up to us, then a couple of other ones coming in. And giving us looks.

Great, I didn’t want attention from them.

Any attention at all.

“Come guys, we’re here to let you out.” One of the employees say, her voice full of bitchiness.

 “Thank you.” I say to her and the other Disney employee.

He smiled at me and the girl rolled her eyes.

“Why are you saying thank you?” She asks me rudely.

Then Tara gives her a glare.

Oh no.

“Why are you being a b***h to her, fat ass?” Tara asks her whilst shooting daggers at her.

I read her nametag.

Hailey

“Because, you two snuck in, that is beyond low of you.” She explains whilst crossing her arms over her stomach.

“Um, get your facts checked you Disney b***h, we got locked in this motherfucker. And my friend here was just saying thank you because we finally get to go home, thanks to you guys.” Tara explains rolling her eyes.

“Come on, Hailey, you need to be nice. Remember, we got a company-wide email about double-checking the park from now on.” The guy tells her whilst shaking his head at her.

“Oh okay.” She says but still rolled her eyes.

The guy then smiled at us.

“Alright, so we’re going to take you guys out through one of the back exits, can I help you guys with anything before we leave?” He asks the two of us.

I looked down at Sorcerer Mickey and frown.

“Can I get a new sorcerer Mickey plush? I tried to take good care of it, but then it rained and stuff.” I say with a frown.

“You got to be f*****g kidding me.” That girl says agitated.

“Yeah no problem, let’s go to the store you got him from, and Hailey, you can go back to work.” He tells the girl.

She nods then leaves the three of us alone.

We then followed the guy to the Emporium store.

“Sorry about her, we both work in the same shop together, and she wasn’t too thrilled that me and her got picked to escort you out.” The guy explains whilst we were walking to the store.

“It’s fine, just don’t expect me to treat her with kindness if I see her again.” Tara explains annoyed.

“I understand.” Was all he says.

 “What’s your name?” Tara asks him.

“My name is Daniel.” He tells us giving us a smile.

***……..***

“Thank you.” I say to the girl whilst she handed me a newer Sorcerer Mickey.

“No problem, have a good day now.” She says smiling at me.

Daniel then led us out of the store, and the three of us were making our way to fantasy land.

“Did you two have fun?” Daniel asks us.

“Actually, yeah in a way we kind of did.” I tell him.

“Why did it take so long to get us out?” Tara asked him.

“No one was aware that you guys got locked in till around 3 am, I mean, the police have been trying to get a hold of somebody from Disney before 3 am, and some journalist that was at the station overheard what was going on, and then leaked it all over her social medias/job. So, once the press got a hold of the story, it was harder to do anything in secret.” The guy explains.

We stay silent for a little to process all of this.

 “Well that is some crazy shit.” I say whilst shaking my head.

“You got that right.” The guy says with a laugh.

 “Will people want to interview us?” I ask him.

“Most likely, but two detectives want to speak with you before anyone else does.” He explains as a matter of fact.

“Of course.” I sighed.

Brandon after all, did go to the police.

Damn his cute dumb self.

I’m going to attack his mouth, with my own mouth.

Dammit Lauren.

“Okay, we are almost there.” He tells me.

I’m getting familiar with this area.

Reminiscing how just a few hours ago, we tried to open this very same exit that we are heading towards.

“Here we go.” Daniel says whilst sounding like Peter Pan.

From the Disney movie Peter Pan, on the scene when they all start to fly to Neverland.

I hug the Sorcerer Mickey plush on my left hip, making my left arm hold him there, whilst I grab Tara’s left hand with my right one.

We both give each other quick glances, then face forward.

We then both give each other tight grips.

Then Daniel led us through the exit and instantly, we get blindsided by a few flashes from cameras.

I then spy Brandon and my mom standing to the side, whilst they both are smiling at me.

And Tara sees her mom and dad next to them.

We let our hands go and then started to run to them.

I first run into Brandon’s arms, and he wraps them around my waist, and I have my arms around his back, making me drop Sorcerer Mickey next to me.

I see Tara run into her mom’s arms and lay against her mom’s chest whilst her arms are wrapped Tara, and then Tara’s dad hugs them both.

I feel Brandon rubbing circles all over my back.

I then pulled away from him, and tears were streaming down my face.

“I got you a gift.” I say picking up the Sorcerer Mickey plush and giving it to him.

He smiles and gladly takes it, then I hug my mom.

“I’m so happy you’re okay.” She tells me.

Then pulls away from our hug.

“I am too.” I chuckled.

Then Tara and her folks come up to us, her mom carrying Tara’s tote bag over her shoulder.

Tara and I then embraced each other in a big ole hug.

Making the press take pictures of us hugging.

I don’t even care anymore we are out of that place.

That is all I care about.
