Nia p.o.v
"Should we stop doing this?" I asked
"No" He said
"What if they find out" I said putting my hair in a ponytail
"Nia they won't find out trust me" He said and pecked my lips
"But you never know" I said
"Nia stop worrying okay" He said
"Okay" I said
We walked downstairs and I walked him to his car I hugged him and kissed his cheek and waved as he left. I walked back in the house I be feeling lonely and s**t maybe I should get a puppy or should I adopt a kid? No if I adopt a kid I would be happy and sad and I won't have time for a puppy so I guess... a kid! I went to get some ice cream then went to my office.
I heard some body ring the doorbell and went to answer it. I opened it and seen a little boy and little girl.
"Are you Nia Johnson?" The little boy asked
"Who's asking?" I asked
I shoved a spoonful of vanilla ice cream in my mouth.
"We are" The little girl said
"What are y'all names?" I asked
"I'm Henry and this is my sister Santana" The little boy said
"Why are y'all here?" I asked
"Do you know Melanie?" The little girl asked
"Short, black hair, skinny, and is a b***h?" I asked
They nodded their heads.
"What did she do?" I asked
"She beats us" Santana said
They rolled up their sleeves and showed me the bruises.
"Come in" I said
I moved so they could come in and I locked the door. We went into the kitchen and I gave them ice cream.
"How old are y'all?" I asked
"I'm 7 and Henry is 5" Santana said
"So is Melanie your mother?" I asked
"Step mother" Henry said
"Step mother?" I questioned
"She married our daddy" She said
"Who are your real parents?" I asked
"We have the same parents as you well the same daddy" He said
"Who's your real mother?" I asked
"We don't know that's why were here" She said
"So can you help us?" He asked
"No I'm sorry" I said
"Why not?" Santana asked
"Because I do not like helping kids who comes to my doorstep and tell me lies" I said
"We know who killed your kids" Henry said
"So if I help y'all y'all will tell me?" I asked
"Yes" Santana said
"Go upstairs and go into separate rooms and put some pajamas on I'll have some clothes on for you both in the morning" I said
They ran up the stairs but came back down and hugged me then went back upstairs.
Sydney p.o.v
"Who are they?" I asked
"I'm guessing my little brother and sister" Nia said
"Have you told the other ones yet?" I asked
"No it's not like we all talk anymore" She said
"How old are they?" I asked
"5 and 7" She said
"So she might be in Zaire class" I said
"Oh yea I forgot about school" She said
"Vince wants to have another baby" I said
"Well do you?" She asked
"Not really I can't get past what he told me he would do to her when she turns 18" I said
"I know where your coming from but Sydney you can't wait until Zaire is older to be having another kid" She said
"I'll think about it" I said
She nodded then went in the living room with the kids a few minutes later after her I went in.
"Mommy look me and Santana made friendship bracelets" Zaire said showing me her bracelet
"I like it" I said
"Thanks mommy" She said
I watched as she played with her new best friend I guess she does need a little brother or sister.
"Come on Zaire" I said
"No mommy can I spend the night?" She asked
"Ask your auntie" I said
She ran to Nia and batted her eyelashes.
"Yea Zaire" Nia said
"Okay bye Zaire give me kiss" I said
"Bye mommy" She said
She kissed my cheek and I left. I got home in 10 minutes yea we live close its 6 and I'm bored and Vince ain't here. I walked in the kitchen and their was a note on the fridge.
Wassup beautiful I know you bored and lonely in that house so go upstairs and put the clothes on that's in the box. A limo will be there in 2 hours.

I smiled at the note then went upstairs and found the box inside was a l white sweater with black polka dots, a black skater skirt, and some black converse. I put the clothes on and I tucked the sweater in and I curled my hair. The limo came soon as I opened the door the man came and opened the door for me, the drive was long as hell it was 50 minutes we pulled up to Uncle Sam Barbecue and I seen Vince walking up to me and I laughed.
"You remembered everything?" I asked
"How could I not it was our first date" He said
I kissed him.
"Come on" He said
We walked in the restaurant and it was empty and there was music playing he pulled out my chair then went somewhere then Nia and them came out.
"How did y'all get here?" I asked
"That's none of your business" Nia said
"Look mommy auntie curled me and Serenity hair" Zaire said
"It's beautiful" I said
Vince came out and started singing Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake - Love never felt so good with Darren when they were done Vince came up to me and got on one knee.
"Sydney Denise Carter we been through everything together you were there for me when nobody was when I was in jail you came to see me and wrote me letters. When I first met you you were hard to get and that was the struggle to get with you but you came around and I want to have more than one kid with you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you what I'm trying to say is Sydney Denise Carter will you marry me?" He asked
