CHAPTER 1 "This is your schedule, Ms. Caurti. You may avail of your uniforms there.." sabay turo sa pagbibilihan ko ng mga uniform "Thank you ma'am." kinuha ko na papel na inabot saakin at pumunta na sa bilihan. Nakuha ko na ang uniforms at ID ko. Balak kong libutin ngayon ang school para naman hindi ako mag mukhang ignorante sa first day of school. Isang oras na akong naglilibot-libot. Uuwi na ako at parang inaatake nanaman ako ng social anxiety ko. I was about to turn back, but then I bumped into someone. Hinilot ko yung noo ko na nauntog sakanya. Gosh! ang sakit ah! Ang tigas ba naman ng katawan nya. "Tss." I heard. Inangat ko ang tingin sakanya. I was so shocked. This is the first time that I have seen ocean blue eyes. And, oh my! He's such a gorgeous man! Perfect jawline, kissable pinkish lips, pointed nose, long eyelashes, not thin and not that thick eyebrows, perfect eye shape with ocean blue eyes. How can a man have perfect features like this? It was so unfair. Nagkatitigan pa kami ng ilang seconds. He is almost perfect, but mukha syang maldito! "What?" he said it in a cold way. "I'm sorry." Sabi ko na may pagpapanic. Who wouldn't be? He looks scary. Ang sungit! "Tss." he hissed sabay talikod at umalis. "Sungit, hindi man lang nag sorry." Thou, alam ko namang kasalanan ko pero dapat nag sorry man lang din sya! Nakita naman nya siguro ako! Nakatingin lang ako sa likod nitong paalis ng biglang tumigil ito at tumingin sakin. Inirapan ko sya sabay talikod at naglakad na paalis. Anong akala nya sya lang marunong magsungit. Porke pogi sya, yabang naman nya kung ganon! Gusto ko ng magpahinga sa condo. Naglakad na ako papunta pinagpark ko ng kotse ko. I was driving back to BGC when my phone rang. "What?" Bungad ko dito. "Really Elle iyan ang ipangbubungad mo saakin?" I just rolled my eyes, even though she wouldn't see that. "Why are you calling? Nang makarating na sa condo building, nag park na ako ng sasakyan ko. I went to elevator. Nang tumunog na ang elevator ay lumabas na agad ako. Nilagay ko na ang passcode ko at pumasok. Inihagis ko lang ang bag ko sa kama at pumasok na sa cr to take a shower. The moment that I switched the shower, cold water flowed through my body. Biglang pumasok ang itsura ng lalaki iyon kanina. His foreign features and his... Dang it! Why is it suddenly flashing in my mind? He has a built body, and he is tall, for god sake. I think he's probably 6 feet tall. Is he a new student? That's my first time seeing him there. Or maybe he's an old student; I just don't see him because the school is big. Hays! Erase, erase. Stop thinking about him, Elle! I just finished showering. I went out to a glass door in my shower; it's also a glass wall. I went to my cabinet with a sliding glass to open it. All my bathrobes and towels are placed here. I got one bathrobe and wore it. I also got one towel for my hair and went out to the bathroom. I entered my walk-in closet and walked into my vanity mirror to blow my hair. Before I switched on the blower, I heard a bell. Maybe that is Aqi. Lumabas ako ng kwarto para buksan ang pinto sa labas. I open the door, and I'm right—it's Aqi. Not only her. She's with our other girls. Pumasok na sila at nagsikanya-kanyang upo sa sofa. Akala ko si Aqierra lang ang pupunta dito. Hindi naman nila sinabing lahat sila. But I don't mind naman kung andito sila. I'm happy actually kasi kumpleto kami today. "Akala ko si Aqi lang ang pupunta dito. Hindi nyo naman sinabing lahat pala kayo." I said to them. "Well nagkasabay-sabay lang kami sa ground floor." Justine said. Or should I say Jasmine. He is Justine Santiago, our one and only gay friend. "Yeah, I didn't know that they would come here too." Aqi said while she was busy on her phone. "Me too. Surprise nga sana ang pagbisita ko dito sa condo mo." Madi said. Nakapatong pa talaga ang isang paa nito sa glass table na asa gitna. "Anong gusto nyong merienda? Mag pre-prepare ako." Stacey said at tumayo na. "Kahit ano." Aera said while closed eyes. "May ganoon ba? Kahit ano?" reklamo naman ni Stacey. "Ako girl any snacks but make sure na fresh juice ang drinks ko" singit naman ni Justine. Hinayaan ko na sila doon at pumasok na ako ng kwarto para magpatuloy sa ginagawa ko kanina. Nagsuot lang ako ng black cycling at color green oversized shirt na may tatak ni buttercup sa gitna. Pumunta na ako sa vanity ko para mag blower. Paglabas ko ng kwarto ay narinig ko agad ang mga boses nilang nagtatalo at nag ra-rant dahil sa mga courses nila. "Nakapag pa-enroll na ba kayo?" sabi ni Madison na may nginunguya na fries. "Yes." "Yes." "Yes, of course." Sabay-sabay naming sabi nila Aqi at Justine. "Sabay ba kayong tatlo nag pa-enroll?" tanong naman ni Aera. "No." maikling sagot ko dito sabay kuha sa fries na asa center table. "Grabe I can't believe na 2nd year na tayong apat." sabi ni Jus at nagkunwari pang naiiyak. Me, Aqi, Aera and Justine are 2nd year na itong pasukan sa UST. Pero si aming si Aera ay nag-aaral sa DLSU and ang course nya ay MedTech. While Stacey, Sammantha and Madison are 3rd year na. Stacey is studying at ADMU, and her course is BSBA. Madison is studying at DLSU, and her course is medicine. While Sammantha is studying at ADMU too, architecture.
