Chapter 5

Star P.O.V.

  We decided that we would leave early to go to the airport, because we live in Kansas and the royal land is all the way Washington. Our pack is 2300 people/wolves, so it takes us a while to all get there so that we can fly out using our private jets. With all the unmated in one jet with Alpha, Bata, and Delta families. Our other jet has all of our mated couples and families. Once we are all loaded up we take off for the royal airport. The flight was 4 hours, I decided to sleep most of the way so I wasn’t tired when we got there. After landing we all went to the hotel that was reserved for our pack to stay in. Once we had our rooms we all went to get ready for the ball.

  I took a shower then dried and curled my hair. My dress was a dark blue with little silver stars all over. The dress is a princess style with a sweetheart neckline. I wore silver strappy heels, my necklaces from my parents and a bracelet from my  brother and Sammy. Katy came and did my makeup in silver and blues with red lipstick, she then put little blue gems in my hair. Now that we're all ready we load up into the limos the King and Queen sent for us. 

  As we were pulling up to the castle Katy said “I can’t believe how big the castle is. I always thought that was smaller than this.” “Katy, my love, you need to calm down before you pass out from excitement” Arthur told her while looking at her with love. “Arthur, she has always dreamed of coming here since she was little” I filled him in to why she was so excited. The closer we got the front doors of the castle Dakota started to get antsy.

‘Dakota what is the Mater?’ -Me 

‘You will see soon.’ -D

‘What does that mean?’ - Me

‘Just wait young one.’ -D

  With that statement I let out a loud sigh. Ben asked if i was okay so I told them that Dakota is starting to get really antsy and she won’t tell me why. “Maybe she feels that your mate is close by” offered my mother. “Maybe. but she just won’t tell me what it is and she’s starting to hurt my head” say back.

Maximus P.O.V.

  We were just informed that the Sky Falls pack had just arrived and Christian got up and started to wag his tail. I wasn’t quite sure why until I smelled roses and mint. Then I see the most beautiful girl I have ever seen with silver hair and the brightest blue eyes I have ever seen. When locked eyes I let out a loud Kameradin (mate). Everyone stopped whatever they were doing and looked at me in aww. I get up and start to walk straight to her, everyone made a path for me when they realized who I was going to. 

  Another male pushed her to hide, stopping me from getting to her. I growl loudly and grab her and hold her close to me saying “Bergwerk (mine), stay away from her.” She turned and looked at me and said “I know I'm your mate but you can’t talk to her brother that way.” She then turned to her brother and said to him “This is my mate he won’t hear me so don’t ever try to stop him again.” With that statement he got down on one knee and said “For give me Lunar princess.”

  “What is your name Meine Liebe (my love)? Why did he just call you lunar princess?” I asked her. “My mane is Star Light Sky  and he called me Lunar princess because my wolf is Dakota the first werewolf princess” she told me. At that moment everyone dropped to one knee including my parents who are the King and Queen. I was shocked to see the King and Queen kneel to her. I have never seen them kneel to anyone. I take her hand and kiss it as I bow to her. 

‘Chris she’s a princess ‘ -Max

‘I know Max. Dakota showed me everything. I pledge my life to her.’ -Chris

‘She’s blushing at everyone kneeling to her. I’m the only one not kneeling to her, I don’t even feel the need to. Why don’t I Chris?’ -Max

‘Because we are her mate,’ -Chris says while laughing.

Stars P.O.V.

  When we walk in Dakota starts dancing in circles. All I can do is laugh at her. Then I smell watermelon and mangos. Quickly follow the smell and it leads me to the ballroom. When I walked inside the room for the person that the smell was coming from. Then I locked eyes with a very hot man.

‘Wow, are mate is hot’ -D

‘Yes he is. Who is he?’ -S 

‘He’s  the prince and he’s coming our way’ -D

  The next thing I know I am being pushed behind my brother. Then my mate grabs and pulls softly to him and growls at my brother. Turning to him I say as nicely as I can “I know I'm your mate but you can’t talk to her brother that way.” Then I look at my brother and growl “his is my mate he won’t hear me so don’t ever try to stop him again.” Then he kneels and apologizes.

  My mate asked why he called me lunar princess so I explained it all to him. Everyone in the ballroom heard what I had said and all knelt down on one knee to me in clouding the King and Queen. I started to blush due to all the attention on me. Then my mate bowed while kissing my hand.

'Why did the King and Queen kneel? -S

'We are an original royal therefore we are more powerful than them' -D

'Do you know our mate's name?' -S

'I know his wolf's name is Christian. I do not know his human hall's name though.' -D

  "Now that you know my name may I ask for yours" I say looking at him. "My name is Maximus James Stone, crowned Prince of the Werewolves," he said so sweetly. He was still holding my hand so he kissed it again causing sparks to shoot through my hand and arm.

'My god is he so sweet. I really like him and his wolf' -D

'I really like him too' -S

'Let's see how this goes before we totally give in. Remember Star I said trust your heart, not what you're told or pulled of the mate bond. You have protect us. We are way more special than they know. You will learn as we bond together.' -D
