My names Alisha, im 15 and im a were wolf. Most people believe the tv hype and think we become our wolves only on a full moon, thats a lie we are one person our wolf half and our human half. . My wolf Alia is a gawjuz white colour but im not aloud to let her out it takes alot of energy and i dnt eat enough to let her come out when i have work to do. Alia is my best friend the only one who understands that i need to be here till i turn 16 and my dads debt is paid. If i dont they will take my younger sister Navia and i wont let that happen im stronger than that. 2 more months and i can leave i can go take my sister and run away. Meet my mate and leave this place leave and be happy im thinking as i slowly watch the sun rise from my small bed in the attic, the same bed i was given when i moved in here 5 years ago. See im a slave really as much as i wish things could be different i am. My father sold me to his mates when he couldnt pay his own debt, now im paying it off for him by doing as im told when im told. Im worthless but i can cook and clean, my fathers friend Billy owns this massive house and i am aloud to have my own room as long as im good. If im not good i must sleep outside where its cold and sometimes snows. Flashback "Dad please no please" i beg as i craddle my face on my knees infront of my father with tears running down my face. My father bends down infront of me and whispers "be a good girl for the nice men and do as your told you little slut or they will punish you however they see fit". With that my father stood up and walked away leaving me alone with Cain and Billy. BEEP BEEP BEEP 6am and my alarm starts to go off. I turn it off quickly so i do not wake up anyone else. I must be out of bed and down stairs cooking for Billy and his 'friends' he calls them or i will be beaten, the last time i was 5 minutes late with their food Billy used a silver knife on my wrist as a reminder to be on time. Dressing fast i throw on my tights and baggy navy top as my hair goes up in a bun. Its an hour walk to school and i must leave by 7am to make it on time. As i walk into Blue Valley High i try keep my eyes down and quicky go to my locker. I get pushed to the side "Hey move it" Dom yells at me as he continues to walk down the corridor. Bitting my lip i try not to think and keep my head down as a show of submission. Dom is the Alphas son but is also the most popular guy in school. He is not going to be our Alpha we will not submit to a bully Alia is saying in mind. There is some things we dont see eye to eye on and one is Dom. Dom is already 16 so he is able to find his mate now but so far she has not been found. The Alpha of Blood Moon pack is holding a ball for Dom and is inviting all the unmated wolves to attend. Its going to be a huge event, we overheard Billy say that many other Alphas have accepted the invite and are bringing some of there unmates she wolves to the event. I will be going to the ball as well but unfortunately i will be the hired help. Billy is the Alphas 3rd in command so he has given me over for the night to help cater and feed the many in attendance. I just need to get through today at school and tomorrow i will be staying at the pack house to prepare tomorrow nights ball. "Can i get a cold ice tea loner girl" one of the girls near Dom calls out to me as i keep walking through my day just keeps getting worse.
