I'm in love with the class representative

Finally, summer break was over.Students in oxford highschool resumed.A total of five students were transferred into various classes in the school. Mia Andrew was a transfer student that ended up in class 1A.class1A possessed a total of twenty student including Mia Andrew."Everyone,get seated a teacher is on his way here!" A girl from class1A announced as she ran into the classroom. Within a minute,the whole class was organized as the teacher entered. "Good day students, I am Frank Williams, I will be your homeroom teacher for this year" a young man in his thirties announced standing in front of the classroom with his hands in his pockets. Though he was older,he had more attention from the female students because of his good looks. Some of the male students couldn't help but feel jealous of Mr. Williams' charming presence. Mia, sitting in the back of the classroom observed the dynamics of the classroom with interest. She had always been good at reading people and it was clear to her that Mr. Williams would be popular among the students. As the class progressed, Mr. Williams proved to be engaging and knowledgeable. He had a way of making even the most mudane subjects interesting and the students found themselves actively participating in discussions. " We are done with homeroom for today. We will proceed with selection of the class Representatives" Mr. Williams said as he was done with lectures for the day." Put your hands up if you will like to represent the class in anyway" Mr. Williams announced as almost everyone in the classroom put their hands up, he was surprised. The previous classes he taught never wanted themselves hooked with responsibilities,only few wanted a post,it was easier to select. Since they were so much that wanted a post,he had to make them vote.Some minutes later,a total of twenty students of class1A already casted their votes. "Here are the results" Mr. Williams announced as everyone listened attentively." Aiden Ace, a total of five votes,Gemma Archer a total of three votes,Bryan Anson, a total of four votes, Catherine Avery,a total of two votes and Mia Andrew, a total of six votes. Mia,"-" ,"someone voted for me?" Mia asked herself as she looked around surprised,she was not expecting anyone to vote for her since she was a transfer student and yet she got six votes." What the heck is going on!!!!
