Closing the door to my former home was indescribable, even with the support of Lucas and Jacob. They have been so patient all day. Helping me, comforting me. After one last look at the house, we switch cars, David and Owen take the truck back to Summermoon, and we head to my uncle for a late lunch. The reunion is heartbreaking, and it doesn't take long for my aunts to join us with my cousins. My uncle is somewhat suspicious of Lucas and Jacob. He even tried to persuade me to stay with him.
