"Clara, you are of age with no suitor", Jerry said, smacking his lips while looking downwards at his feet. "I may be of age, but I haven't really found the right person for me. Besides, I am not ready to get married anytime soon" Clara frowningly said as she parambulated back and forth in the room while she kept her distance. Luna Kiara, Alpha Jerry's wife, Clara's aunt, was about to enter the room when she overhead overlapping voices that seemed to be in a argument. She walked close to the doorpost, then she overhead her husband's voice, about to enter the room but suddenly stood by the doorpost eavesdropping. Kiara overhead some approaching footsteps, then she immediately hid to avoid being seen. She waited, no one came out of the room, she left for her bedroom. "You are not getting any younger, you're 25 years of age" Jerry paused, as he stared at his niece, Clara, with tears trying to make their way to his cheek as he wiped them. He stood up, held Clara by her shoulder as she drew close to him. "My elder brother, your late father, was a reputable man in Crescent Park and beyond, he wouldn't want this life you're choosing for you. This park needs a leader, you need to get married so this park doesn't crumble at its knees" he said as he sniffed his nose. A sudden knock was heard on the door as the door creaked open and they stood surprised and scared for a moment.
