CHAPTER 16

ROSALIE POV

I sat on Jan's sofa, with her head on my lap which he asked could she do, bless. 

The twins were onto their second bag of doritos, where do they put it? They're lying on the floor, resting on some pillows, Deb is lying the other sofa with Frannie lying with her head near Debs feet which Deb keeps shoving in her face to annoy her. And Aliyah is on the cuddle chair eating her 6th brownie, so far we've had roughly 10 bottles of wine between us.

They don't seem fazed only a little tipsy but I however, am feeling a tad bit drunk.

"So tell me Ros, what were you doing with alpha in your room? We know he wasn't in the bathroom" Aliyah teases.

Jan sits upright smiling grabbing more wine which the girls doing the same.

"Oh my god gossip yessss!" Frannie squeals.

"Nothing happened, honest" I say taking another sip of wine. 

Rachel throws a pillow at me, "Lies! None of us have mates so we need to live our lives through you!".

"Please Ros, we are all best friends now so you have to tell us" Hannah pleads.

I roll my eyes and give in, maybe its the wine making me give in so easily.

"OK i will tell, if we start on face masks. And maybe another bottle of wine". 

Deb bolts for the face masks and a towel while Frannie grabs 5 bottles of wine, shoving some under her arms.

Jan takes a face mask while Frannie fills everybody's wine glass. Jan puts her hand with face mask cream on near my face but waits for my consent, I nod and she starts putting it on. It smells like chocolate.

She smiles while she does it, "OK, now spill missy".

The other girls start putting masks on the opposite person occasionally sipping more wine.

Do I tell these girls how I feel? f**k it.

"He could see I was nervous for coming to this slumber party, it's my first one and before I knew it he was kissing me and was kissing him back. It's weird what I feel for him, but... I like it." I see the girls swooning at my words.

"Honey that's so f*****g sweet, I want that." Aliyah says.

Someone knocks on the door, Hannah jumps up almost swaying going to the door.

"Who is it?" Frannie asks.

Cameron walks in with a young girl with flawless dark skin, dark brown eyes, her hair is pulled back she has individual braids all around and big blue glasses on her petite face. She wears long pink pajama trousers and a pink cami top with a light pink cardigan over it. Cameron looks like she's supposed to be on the front of victoria's secret in a silk purple cami top and shorts. 

"Oh s**t, we forgot about Cams and Nina!" Deb started drunkenly giggling.

I got up and went up to Cameron, "Hi Cameron, it's nice to see you again" Cameron pulls me into a hug.

"It's good to see you again Ros" I nod at her and extend my hand to Nina.

"Hi I'm Rosalie, you must be Nina" She shakes my hand but doesn't say anything.

Cameron mouths to me 'She's shy' I nod and sit back down.

The rest of the night consists of drinking more wine until I feel like I'm gonna pass out, all the girls but Nina is drunk, Nina spent the night making small talk with me about human life, she explained that she was brought up in a strict wolf only community. Where Jasper and Devon rescued her from being r***d by her father, they killed her father and most of the pack members joined this pack, it was a lot more civilised. 

Hannah had passed out in Jan's tub, Rachel drew on her face with lipstick. Deb was dancing on Jan's bed with Frannie and Cameron, Aliyah was just dancing on her own in the living room. 

I was wiping the face mask off Nina when Aliyah started shouting "SHOTS!".

They're trying to kill me.

These crazy bitches are awesome!

We get up and circle Aliyah who's handing out shot glasses, I hand Nina a shot glass who excitedly takes it. 

Just as Aliyah fills up everyone's shot glasses, Nina drops the glass on the floor looking startled.

"What's up Nina? Are you OK?" I look into her eyes but she's staring at the clock which flashes 3:15 AM.

"It's my birthday... I'm 18" She whispers. 

"That's good though right?" I ask.

Someone starts banging on the door, making me and Jan drop our shot glasses surprised. 

Nina rushes to the door opening it to find Devon standing there, eyes black at night.

Nina launches herself at him, Devon kissing her passionately and walking off.

I look at the girls questioningly, they all but Frannie smirks.

"They're mates, when a wolf turns 18 they can find their mates." Jan explains.

Frannie bursts into tears and collapses in Debbie's arms. 

Aliyah pats her back, and downs her shot. 

I down the shot Frannie didn't drink, me and Aliyah start pounding the shots until eventually I feel the world spinning. 

"Oh f**k me" I fall to my knees, trying to control my brain from shutting down. 

I hear a knock at the front door, and before I know it I feel the familiar sparks all across my body. 

I'm being picked up by strong arms, I look up and see... 3 Jaspers?

"Hello handsomes, have you *hiccup* come to save me?" I wrap my arms around him and put my head against his chest. 

"Come on pretty lady, I think you've had enough" I inhale his scent and feel sleepy with warmth and love against him. 

Wait.

Love?

I'm drunk.

"God you're so hot" I blurt out.

Before I fall asleep and as he walks out of the room I hear the girls telling me bye and some even kiss my head.

I take one last look at Jasper, just as I fall asleep he kisses my forehead and I let the sleep claim me.

Leaving me feeling content.

JASPER POV

The night was quiet, I strengthened my bond with my warriors, although Devon was being a pain in the ass for most of the night. Later we learned it was because his wolf sensed their mate nearby.

Turned out to be Nina, not that I'm surprised. Devon always had a little crush on her. He never acted on it because of the 10 year age gap.

I didn't see him after that, one guess as to why.

A little after 3 AM Jan mind linked me that Rosalie was a tad too drunk but putting up a fight, I took that as an opportunity to leave. My warriors went back to patrolling the territory and boarders. 

As soon as I walked through the door, she was on all fours trying to steady herself. 

I was surprised to see she was still going, keeping up with wolves no less.

Both twins were now passed out, Frannie was passed out on Deb's lap.

Carrying her back to her room, she never loosened her grip on me and a little smile played on her lips the whole time nestled into me. 

I laid her on the bed and pulled the covers over her, I just sat and watched her sleep. 

I gave in and fell asleep on a chair next to her.

I woke up to someone being sick, I opened my eyes and saw a pale looking Ros walking out of her bathroom brushing her teeth and waving at me.

"Are you OK?" I got up and placed a kiss on her cheek.

She nodded and went back into the bathroom before coming back out to hand me a spare toothbrush. 

She pulled me into the bath room and we stood brushing our teeth in silence. 

Once we were done I picked her and placed her on the sink, she placed a light kiss on my lips and smiled. 

"Thank you for staying with me, you didn't have to." She said softly.

"It's OK, I wanted to make sure you were OK. You wanna go for a walk with me?" She nodded but before I pulled back she placed a kiss under my ear and whispered softly, "But when we come back, I think you need to punish me for getting so drunk alpha".

Sweet Jesus. 

A growl escaped my lips, but she jumped down and shutting me in the bathroom. 

I calmed myself knowing she was probably getting dressed out there.

I walked out of the bathroom after a while seeing her putting some gold studs in her ear, she was wearing black smart shorts with a belt, a blue crop top with spaghetti straps and black sandals. Her hair was pulled up in a ponytail and I could see she was wearing some makeup, she looked beautiful either way.

"You look beautiful, I'll meet you downstairs, I just need shower here then up to my room to get dressed. Grab some breakfast." 

She nodded, pecked my lips and left the room. 

I got undressed and stepped into the hot shower.

It's happening, she's finally letting me in. 

Tyler howled with approval in my head.
