The Battle Jace POV When we heard the alarms going off, we took off like a shot. As soon as Mina got into the clearing she shifted and I jumped up. I looked around and everyone was either shifted or on a Dragon. We all took off quickly. I link Devon, ‘We are in the air. Have everyone ready. They know we took Sherrie back. We need to strike tonight.’ I don’t wait for a response before I close the link. I did not know that Mina could fly this fast. The hour and a half flight there, only took 30 minutes back. When we landed, I was definitely windblown, but grateful we got back so quick. It gave us that much more time to rally. Max comes running out of the house with Dylan, Devon, Kent, Bryant, John, Tim, and Drake. I yell to them, “It’s time. We must attack tonight.” They all nod and split.
