Chapter seventeen.

I wake up feeling so tired and then i remembered we have work today. Oh God our break is over why, why, why. We are staying in annur's parents house for some time before we go back. I wanted to spend a lot of time with them and get to know them better and their functions. I won't be able to watch movies again most importantly I won't be able to be with annur all the time. Agh I'm starting to hate work. Ever since annur came into my life i have never felt one bit of passion to go back to work, I've always wanted to stay with him all day.

I feel kisses all round me, when I find a familiar lips around my neck.

"Happy birthday babe"he said planting kisses all round me. So he did know.

"Thank you, I thought you didn't know" I tell him as he kisses my chin.

"How could I not know such an important day" he said giving me a kiss on my neck again. This man.

I let out a giggle as all that he did made me vibrate.

"Have you also forgotten we have work today" I tell him ruining the mood. God knows I would love to stay with him all day but we have to work.

"we can skip, I don't want to Go babe let's just stay for today, tomorrow we'll go" he said sounding really convincing.

"No annur, we've missed a lot already" as much as annur sounded very convincing I knew I couldn't fall for that, I had missed a lot of things at work I can't miss a day again.

"Fine, kill the fun" he said as he left the bed to the bathroom.

I laugh a little before getting up to get ready.

I was done from the bathroom and came out to find Annur all dressed in his suit and struggling with his tie.

I was going to utter something but he cut me off.

"You know I can't go out, mom and dad might see me or even faiza and faiz". He said as he stared at me in my towel.

I shut my mouth and decided on what to do then I saw him still struggling with his tie.

"Here let me help you" I took the tie from his hand stretching my toes gently to meet his height.

"What aren't you good at?" He whispers in my ear making me shiver again. All my hope was for my towel not to drop with the way I was trembling

"Annur my towel is gonna fall if you continue this" I tell him shyly as he laughs.

"Well wouldn't that be good to see. Don't worry I'll stop but if it does fall down I'm not making any promises to keep my hands off you" he says and I gulp hard.

I was done with his tie and stayed back down just admiring him.

"You look really handsome" I tell him raising my toes to give him a chaste kiss. i wanted to get back to dressing when a masculine hands grabbed my waist and pulled me back.

"Hey, what are doing?" I asked surprised by his actions.

"I'm holding my wife and That was too little to call a kiss, don't you think? " he says leaning in but I turn my face away giggling.

"Oh someone's being naughty" he smirks pulling me closer making my towel drag down revealing bits of my chest.

"Annur" I hit his arm, he doesn't answer but laugh.

"I'll continue to do this until you give me a proper kiss" he say seductively and I couldn't help but fall. I stare at him looking at this man who isn't ready to take no for an answer. I had to take it except I wanted to walk around naked. I pulled him by the tie making him reach my eye level before snaking my lips to his and giving him a crazy French kiss.

"Like that" I say smirking as he looked stunned.

"No, like this" he says. So much for me thinking i left him stunned. He drags me closer placing both hands on my bum making me gasp giving him An opportunity to put his lips on mine. The kiss was fast and hungry as his hands did wonders on my behind. Heat rose up between the two of us as the kiss grew hungry. His hands traveled round my body taking me by surprise as he rose me up to sit on the table.

My towel was now up my thigh and really lower from my chest as his hands stroked every part of my thigh still kissing me. His lips then descended to my neck while I bent my neck down for more access. He kissed round my neck going lower and lower as he reached my almost removed towel that showed off my chest. I couldn't resist but let out a moan as I noticed he smiled giving him the satisfaction he needed.

"If I keep going I'm not going to able to stop and we won't leave here" he says stopping all the kisses.

"Right we have to go to work" I say trying to compose myself after all I know how flustered I would be looking. Annur let's out a laugh as he stares at me intensely.

"You look so beautiful when you're like this" he tells me.

"That's not true. I look like a mess" I tell him honestly. How can he say that. Even I know that.

"You know I would have taken you right here and now but I promised we'll wait till you're ready" he says and I nod. I didn't know what to do or say after this intense make out we just had and I was still feeling so hot. I held my towel tight as it was almost showing all my chest as I got down.

"Well now your wife has to get ready and is still in a towel"

"Well I like what I'm seeing and I don't mind staying here all day" he says seductively.

"Of course you do" I said smacking his arm gently and pulling away.

"Fine, fine go but won't you kiss me goodbye"

"Are you leaving now" I ask.

"Yes, have you started missing me?" He smirks.

"Yes I have" I said as I went to Him and gave him a kiss on his cheek.

"No not like that" he pulled me closer then wrapped his lips on mine sending sparks all over my body, then dragging my lower lip and bewitching me into a deep kiss. Ya Allah this kiss is deadly.

"If I was to teach you how to kiss me your lips wouldn't be the same anymore" he smirks at me.

"What about all those we just did" I asked him. This man can never get enough can he? But so can I.

"Those were just like icings on top a cupcake, just wait till when I make you mine completely" he says and I gulp hard again just hearing those words

"Annur please don't give me an Heart attack" I pleaded. He laughed as he came closer to my face, I could feel every breath of his.

"I should be the one saying that. Happy birthday again" he says cupping my face in his hands.

"Thank you" I say embracing him right. How I love this man so much I don't understand myself anymore.

He went downstairs to get his breakfast and with that I quickly got dressed. I wore a peach long sleeved gown with black heels and a peach hijab taking my black hand bag with me as I go downstairs.

I reach downstairs seeing the whole family. Annur, mom, dad, faiza and faiza with haleema. What is she doing here?

"Happy birthday" all of them shouted

I laugh before saying "thank you, thank you very much".

"Asalam mom and dad" I said greeting them.

"Wasallam my dear" they both replied.

"I wish this day to be filled with happiness and joy InshaAllah" mom prayed.

"Amin thank you very much I appreciate it" I smiled telling them.

"Happy birthday hatina" haleema said hugging me tight.

"Thank you so much by the way what are doing here" I asked surprised. She never told me she was coming.

"I came to wish my best friend a happy birthday" I laugh as she said that and hugged her back.

"Thank you so much everyone, I really appreciate it. It means a lot"

"That's what family are for right?" Faiz said.

"Yes, thank you again"

"Enough with the thank you already and go to work so you can come back on time and we can celebrate" faiza said holding my hands.

"Celebrate? No need to, all this is enough already" I said sincerely.

"You can try to avoid it but no we are not listening to you"

It faiza I can't turn her down

"Okay then"

" Great be back by 5 or 6 tops" she said happily.

"I better get going I'm running late" annur said.

"Yes okay then bye" I said going to hug him while he gave me a kiss on my cheek.

"I'll come and pick you up okay? so go with haleema now, you look beautiful" he says and I blushed at that.

" thank you Okay, bye" i waved him. Everyone said their bye's to him and to us also. We left immediately after annur.

"Haleema, I'm so happy you're here it means the world to me really" I said as we got in the car

"You're welcome you know I'll always be there" she said smiling.

"How did you know it was my birthday" I ask her as we take a left turn

"Hah how can I forget. Annur called me this morning saying they will be a party hosted for you so I asked where you guys were and he told me the address of this place and here I am" she explained.

"I'm so sorry I don't tell you we are staying here"

"Its no problem, at least I know you're safe. So how is marriage life" she asks.

"Of course I'm safe. By the way annur is really taking care of me. Haleema I know I so much didn't want to Marry him because of how much of a jerk he was but I swear its just like a miracle he's changed, he tells me sweet things and I'm so happy, I'm so happy Abba chose him for me" I giggle like a child while telling her. Thinking of my father, I miss him so much, I haven't really had the time to talk to him all because of a certain someone. Annur.

"Aww my baby is so happy, I'm so happy for you. See like i told you all you need was patience and your abba definitely knew what was good for you. I'm so happy you're happy" she tells me sincerely.

"Thank you haleema" I tell her Sincerely as she smiles.

"So we're here" haleema says as we got to my office.

"Thank you, I'll see you later okay?" I tell her.

"Definitely" she says while I get down and wave her bye I walked to the entrance going into those glamorous walls. I missed my office sincerely it had this comforting sensation whenever I'm there. I always love this feeling.

I walked by the Staffs when my jaw dropped as I saw what was in front of me.

There was a big billboard while they all spoke

"WELCOME BACK HATINA.

HAPPY MARRIED LIFE AND WE WISH A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LONGER DAYS AND PROSPERITY"

My eye became watery and I wanted to cry. It was so beautiful, it was hanged up with balloons and decorations all round it.

"Oh my God, I don't know what to say right now, i'm so out of words, I'm Speechless" I took in a sigh then continued "Thank you so much, everyone of you who did this, I'm so happy, thank you again" and with that I went pass them. as I strolled down to my place meeting salma.

"Welcome back hatina and happy birthday" she said as she hugged me and I returned it.

"Thank you, wait did you plan all thi". I ask her suspiciously.

She blushed for a minute before talking.

"Its the least I could do after everything you've done for me"

I was in awe at that moment. Yes I know I helped salma when I met her on the highway and saw her sobbing in the rain. I asked her what happened and she explained, she was sacked and her mother was sick with no money for treatment. I saw she looked like a smart girl and asked for her resume and other details which she seemed really qualified for her job as a secretary. I took her in to work for me and since that day she has been loyal, she was like a friend to me rather than a worker.

"Don't mention, Thank you" I said as I left her place.

Annur was already here to pick me, it was 4:40pm and I left work early so we could go for what was planned.

"Hey babe" he said hugging me.

"Hey, how was work?" I asked as I got in the car.

"It was not good because you weren't by my side" he grinned.

"But now I am" I said smiling happily That annur is Finally here with me. Today without him was really hard.

I told Him everything that happened in the office today and he was really happy and told me they really love me in there. We talked for long as I noticed he was checking his side mirror and looking Nervous, then I noticed we are suppose to be home by now but we aren't.

"What's wrong, why are we taking another direction" I asked curiously.

"Nothing" he said Plainly but I knew he was lying.

" annur what's wrong tell me" I asked curiously. I could see from his expression that something was definitely wrong. He hesitated a while and watched before talking to me.

"You see that car at the back with tinted glasses, it onto us" he said being serious.

"What do you mean" I asked scared

"The car has been following us since the time we left your office" he replies and my heart starts to beat faster. Who are they? Why will they be onto us?

"What do we do now" I asked

"Don't worry I'll take care of it just hold on, this might shake" he replied looking at his rear mirror.

Annur turned the car making a stunt and then diverting into the next corner before slowing down but got surprised again when the same car was still on our trail. I hear him curse under his breath and his jaw hardened. I looked at my side mirror and the same car was still on our trail and I was getting scared, really scared.

"Annur it's still there" I spoke scared. I was really terrified and I didn't know what to do and I then I thought if I was like this then how would annur be feeling. Without out thinking I placed my hands on his thigh and felt how tensed he was. " I'm here okay, please relax" I tell him lowly as he kept out a breath and I felt him relax.

" I'm sorry if I scared you, its just that I don't know what I'll do if anything happens to you" he spoke and I could see the fear he had in his eyes. I wanted to cry right there and now but I knew I had to be strong for annur, the way he told me how he felt so freely made me love him more, I wanted to kiss him right there but now was not the time..

"Annur listen to me, nothing is going to happen to me, I'm right here with you, let's just concentrate on what we're gonna do" I tell him caressing his thigh. He nods and then thinks for a while.

"Hold on, I've got an idea" he spoke.

He was on full speed now as he was going to the left wing of the highway and then saw a car which looked like ours. Annur followed the car and it switched to a direction which he followed and then took another direction close to it making the two cars spin in two different directions and the stalker would have no idea which way to take. Good, smart brains.

I started panting high and touching my chest due to all the night speed and fear when I realized the car had stopped coming at us.

"Babe don't be sacred please, I gat you okay?" He spoke as he drives really fast.

"I'm with you so I'm fine" I tell him while intertwining my hand with his other free one
