Chapter 6

Kai’s P.O.V

It was the day that Char would start her first session of gym, I would be the teacher of the day to train her. I got up early to wash up and get ready as usual, I was thinking; I can’t wait to see her, and to train her body to become fit (hehe)

I slowly ate my breakfast while watching my favorite YouTube videos, I was waiting for Char to text me when she is about to reach because the distance from the mall to my house is quite near. Beep! I peeked at my phone; it was Char!

She said; Hey! I’m on the way. Are you awake already? I replied: Hi! I’m already awake, I washed up and got ready. I’m eating my breakfast now, let me know if you are reaching than I would leave my house. She replied: Sure, see you

Just went I finished up my food and washed the plates, Beep! My phone vibrated. I peeked at my phone, Char said: Hey! I just reached. I meet you at the gym entrance okay, see you. I replied: sure, see you there.

When we met up, she looked so adorable in her gym outfit. It was the first time I saw her in a dry-fit shirt and shorts, when we started to gym. She took off her shirt, showing her sports bra. In my mind; wow! She looks sexy in her sports bra.

When we were at the gym, I can tell she is afraid, but I know she is trying her best. I accompanied her through out and taught her how to use the machines.

- after gym –

I said; let’s go Korean BBQ, it’s your reward for doing well for your first time in the gym! She replied: not now, I don’t want Korean BBQ now. I haven’t even ate breakfast yet (haha) I replied: than, it’s okay (smiled) let’s go eat Mac Donald’s breakfast than we head back to my place. She replied: okay (smiled)

The gym session was productive for the both of us, she advice that we buy the bundle meal, so it is much cheaper for two people. I asked her; Which set do you want?  i replied: okay! (smiled at her)  

After we got our food, we took a bus back to his place. I realize the way the way she walks, looks so funny (haha) because her legs are sore from the gym. I said; are you okay Char, your legs very sore right (haha) she replied: yes (haha), my legs quite jelly from running, the leg raise machine and squats. I replied: it’s okay (haha) you would get used to it when you come to the gym often.

She replied: I hope so that I get used to it (haha) but I would try to come to the gym often, I aim to get my body toned up. I replied: You can do it! (smiled)

When we reached my doorstop, Lucky saw us. He stood up to greet us, Char said; Hi Lucky! (pats him on his head) Lucky howls in excitement, constantly circling around her. It was so cute. She said; don’t chase him out, just let him stay in the room. It feels so mean to just lie to him and chase him out. (fake frowned). I replied: but he would want to eat our food, we can’t leave Lucky in the room when we are eating.

She said; come on! Please, please (pouted). I replied: okay fine, he can be in the room. He opened the door, lucky immediately came in. Char was so happy (haha) she went to feed him one treat. She said; Lucky! Sit! He sat down, she continued; Paw! He gave her his left paw. She gave him one dog treat.

After putting down my things, I know that she is hungry as she hasn’t eaten yet. She said; come let’s eat, I’m starving! I was also hungry (haha) I immediately sat down to slowly savour the food that I bought for us; food is always great when you are hungry.

- after breakfast –

I said; Bub! Do you want to take a nap with me? I’m tired (fake frowned) She replied; But we just ate (pouted) later we will gain weight. I replied: you won’t gain weight one (haha) come join me in bed okay? She replied: okay, move over bub (smiled)

I love having her in my arms, I feel that I can sleep better when I am with her. I said; Let’s rest okay! (smiled at her) She nodded her head and closed her eyes. We just spend the rest of the day in bed relaxing and watching YouTube videos on his television.

While, we were watching television. I was thinking of what to do tomorrow because I’m bringing Char out on a romantic date. She has been talking about the movie ‘Dumbo’ for a while already, I was thinking of booking the platinum suite for us. We have not watched movie in there before, so it would be a good time to try it out.

Time passed so fast; it was already the time for her to go home. I frowned and said; the day passed so fast; it is already time for you to go home. She hugged me and said; I don’t want to go too (pouted) but I must go, I can’t stay over too, and I have a curfew too.

On the way in the bus towards to MRT, she kept disturbing me by pulling my leg hair (haha) because I’m wearing shorts, it shows all my curly leg hair. I said: Stop playing with my leg hair (haha) (slaps her hand away) she replied; sorry (haha) I just can’t help it. (pecked me on the lips)

When we reached the MRT, I hugged her tightly and said; Goodbye! I will miss you so much (pecked her on the cheek) she replied: I’m going to miss you too (hugged me back) see you next week okay! (smiled) than she walked away towards the gantry to tap in the station.

I already missed her already, I headed back down to the mall to get supper for myself. I was thinking should I get fast food from the mall or food from the hawker centre beside my house. Hmmm... I am kind of craving ‘LaLa’ from the hawker centre. It is our favorite dish to eat with rice, it is a spicy and savory dish to eat.

I got home quite quickly with the food in my hand, I am drooling over the delicious smell of the food as I wasn’t full from the dinner just now (haha) I asked Lucky to come to in but he doesn’t want to bother about me, I feel sad (haha) because only when Char is over he wants to come in and disturb me.

I said; Lucky, you good boy, right? He looked me with puppy eyes, I took the dog treats packet and said; Lucky come! I give you a treat! He comes running me, I said; Lucky sit! He sat down. I fed him one and said; Lucky stay outside! I immediately went in, closed the door. I switched on the television to watch my shows and eat my food.

I already miss Char, being in my room makes me miss he. In my mind, I still remember all the good times that we had today in my room. After eating my food, I went to wash up, brushed my teeth and turned in early for the night.
