The begging
Dear diary,
My story begins when my mom (Daisy) died of an overdose. I was 13 years old when I watched them roll her lifeless body out of the only place I’ve ever called home. My mom had struggled with her drug addiction since I was 3. She never was faithful to my dad, who made sure she was treated like a queen. But him and I were never enough for her. She was never happy so, I never really had a bond with her.
My dad has been and will forever be my rock. I never ever had any doubt that he loved me, which feels good to know. He was a tall, blonde haired, blue eyed, handsome man.
He wanted a fresh start after my mom passed so, we moved from downtown Chicago to a small town in Florida. My dad quickly became the most popular Nero-surgeon in the state. Even though my dad and I have a big beautiful house because of his job, I never really felt like I fit in.
But this is where I met my best friends and felt like maybe I fit in finally.
I met La’helah first, she had just moved from Hawaii. With her seemingly perfect parents. But we somehow became fast friends. She is average height with short black hair, brown eyes, and curves in all the right places. She was hot and she knew it. When we first got here, in the 8th grade, we tried out for the Freemen High cheer team.
(Just to clarify she made me, that is not my scene).
Anyway we both made it, then she met the captain of the football team. Alex Stoups was a year older than her but she didn’t care. They started dating and became the cutest couple ever. Everyone wanted to be them but never could.
I on the other hand am short with long blonde hair, with bright blue eyes, and absolutely no curves. I get my looks from my dad and my height from my mom. I am the type of girl to wear jeans and a tee shirt while La’Helah was always wearing the latest items in fashion.
Then when 9th grade came I suddenly got a butt so i was kinda pretty and I joined the basketball team on top of cheer. I started to find my place in this high school.
2 weeks into 9th grade year I met Nancy. Nancy was tall with mid-length burnt orange hair, dull green eyes, and glasses. She has always gone here, her, her older brother, and her mom (Drake and Kelly) moved here permanently while her dad is in the army. They decided not to move around with him. Her mom wanted to stay in one place to raise her children.
She loved anything to do with nature. It’s like she belongs outdoors. Her brother and her are proud members of the nature club.
Drake looks a lot like Nancy, but he has bright eyes. I guess they have good genes. Anyway this is my friend group. We’re kinda crazy but we love it.
