Part 2: Chapter 14: I felt like Brock
The sun was slowly starting to creep through the windows and here I sat on my couch with my feet propped up with this book in my hands. The night had been an emotional roller coaster and now I was unsure what I felt. The journey of Lexi and Brock and their high school journey in Georgia was resonating with me. I swear I could feel every emotion, the part that was confusing me though was, the part where I could feel every emotion that Brock was feeling not portrayed in the book. The author had not written from the boy's point of view, only hers, but I could feel his, the things not written about were in my heart and I didn't understand. I could feel the first time he caught her on the sidewalk while she ran mindlessly lost in her own thoughts. I felt the love he let
