A Welcoming Surprise

as I got up out of bed from the side of Valkyrie I looked over at her. I realized just how lucky I was to have her in my life still after such a tragic hit that she took to the Head from that massive wolf. I kissed her forehead and preceded to get up and get dressed for my day for I had to go meet some shop owners for a surprise that Valkyrie and the others would soon to find out. I walked out of our room and proceeded to walk down the alleyway and the first shot that I seen was exactly what I needed to go to first but then I heard somebody call out from behind me and call out my name. “Valcon." called out Luther from behind me. “What are you up to today out here on the alleyway shouldn't you be resting? for you did have a aggressive fight jus a few days ago and got mangled up pretty good." said Luther in a concerned voice. “I'm fine Luther I just got some business that I have to take care of real quick and then I'll be right back into the room to rest up you guys have no need to worry after me just make sure the others is taken care of properly and make sure that they're ready if we are ever to have to leave here for danger lurks behind us I am certain!" I replied to Luther's question. Luther had a puzzled look in his eyes. “business?... I will not question you on what business you have to take care of but just be sure to be safe with whatever you're doing!" replied Luther as he turned to head back to Thrane and Fleck. “Now off to what I was doing!" I thought to myself. as I walked into the store the store owner asked me if she could help me with finding anything that I needed. I instantly spoke up and said “for sure yes there is one thing that you can help me find and it isn't great importance that I find it as fast as possible!" “and what might that be my dear!" replied the elvish store owner with a greeting smile on her face!

Valkerie awakes from slumber

I work for slumber and looked around the room and noticed that Valcon wasn't anywhere in sight and instantly began to freak out wondering where my love had went. “Valcon?" I cried out getting anxious and worried that something might've happened. I began to throw on my clothes to be able to rush into the town square to try and find Valcon. and as I ran out the room door and onto the streets I bumped into Luther just around the corner. “Luther have you seen of Valcon so I'm looking for him and I have no idea where he went for he was not in bed next to me when I woke up!" I explained to Luther with tears forming in my eyes for I had jus gotten him back from near death after he saved my life that dreadful day. “yes as a matter of fact I did I see him in front of the store in the alleyway just earlier today and he told me he had business to take care of. what business I have no clue I didn't ask but I'm sure you can find him and find out yourself!" replied Luther quickly. “thank you Luther I will go try to find him in the only way like you just said that he was in and hopefully be able to find him and find out what he's up to!" I replied cheeringly. I began to run towards the alleyway looking to and fro for Valcon and instantly...Bam...I hit something almost like a brick wall and fell to the ground. As I looked up a voice spoke up and preceded to say to me.“Valkyrie what are you doing out you should be resting up I was going to be back to the room shortly I just had something I had to take care of don't worry me like that with your running and running about freaking out about where I'm at. you should be resting and not running around you were damaged really badly the other day I can't afford to lose you right now your body can't take too much stress!" it was Valcon with that loving caring voice of his making sure I was okay and telling me in concern what I should be doing. “I know my love I just woke up without you beside me and began to freak out because I just gotten you back after you saved my life!I can't bear the thought of not being around you right now!" I replied to him with a teared look upon my face. “Come let us be off to the diner that's where the others are we should get something to eat we haven't ate in a couple of days cause we needed to rest!" ordered Valcon in his dominant voice of his that always sent chills done my spine but in a good way of course!

Valcons surprise!

we approached the diner and walked in while I was holding Valkerie soft hands I looked over at her and thought to myself this is it this is the time I e been waiting for I must do it now. “ Sit my love!" I ordered to her and as she sat I reached I to my pocket and pulled something out from inside.“ What are you doing Valcon?" asked Valkerie as I began to hit one knee slowly. “ Valkerie I have. never asked anyone this question or have I ever felt this way for any other person in my life...before you I felt as if I was lost in a ocean of dread and sadness drowning in my own guilt and thought of what and who I am...But you gave me life and something to live for and loved me for who I am inside and loved me for even my beast...so I must ask this one question to you my love.." I muttered out to her whilst trying not to cry. “what do you want to ask Valcon?" asked Valkerie as her beautiful eyes glowed so bright and glossing in the light. “Valkerie my love will you do me the most honorable of things in this world given to us by God...will you marry me?" I asked as a tear began to drop from right eye in fear shed reject my offer to her. “ Valcon pilldrake...YESSS I will marry you!" she cried out as loud as she could tears falling from her eyes and jumping into my arms whilst pressing her lips against mine. and Thrane Luther and Fleck began to cheer and toast beers to celebrate our proposal. and the whole diner cheered with them! and then Luther walked up to me and leaned against my shoulder and said. “ I knew that's what your business was this whole time!" he said with a stupid silly smerk on his face. “No you didn't!" I replied back to him. “oh yes I did!" me and him went back and forth about it for what had seemed to be hours but in reality it was only minutes. and looked over at my further wife and began to smile for I knew that our life was really about to begin now and I knew at this point beyond any other I would bend the Bands of hell and kill anything that try to hurt her for the fury it would bring even hell wouldn't be able to stop me!
