The next day we were packing up the cars and getting ready to head back. The house was almost the way we had left it. I’d still be sending a cleaning service here to clean up all the minor details and anything we might have missed.
When we were all loaded up Crystal had begun to chew on her mints.
“Ready to get back?”
“Yeah. I’m over the smell of fish. Hopefully I can actually keep some food down”
“You think of what you want to eat and we’ll stop and get it”
“Okay”
The drive felt shorter coming back then it did going there. Any place we passed Crystal turned it down. I was starting to worry, but was told it was normal and she would eventually find what worked for her.
