Zoe's POV
My head was aching when I slowly opened my eyes. I blinked my eyes when I saw that I was in the room that I occupied in auntie Tammy's house. I glanced out the window when I realized that the curtain wasn't covering the window; that was why I woke up when the heat struck my face. I groaned and quickly stood up to fix the curtains at the window.
I slowly frowned when an image came into my mind. It looks like I am watching myself on the screen, and I remember seeing Alpha Axel at the party.
I looked around to check if he was with me, but I didn't understand and was more disappointed because I didn't see him around. I thought he wouldn't let me be away from him again because he accepted me as his mate.
