Zoe's face was more severe when Alpha Axel looked at her expression. She gritted her teeth in annoyance and glanced at Pauleen, who was complaining about how painful it was.
Gianna was shocked when she saw how Zoe reacted in that way. She couldn't believe that she wasn't disappointed with what Zoe did to Pauleen, but she was pleased that Zoe responded that way to Pauleen. She wasn't stupid to see what Pauleen was trying to do with Zoe.
From the moment she knew Zoe and from the start that she lived with them at the pack house, she wasn't a hard-headed woman, but she had her rules inside her head. She liked how Zoe was trying to fight for her rights, and she knew what Zoe might do to Pauleen was because of Pauleen's fault.
But Gianna didn't want Pauleen to think she was on Zoe
