PROLOGUE
A long time ago, the First Legends say that the Royals of Septentrion will one day give birth to a child blessed with the bluest eye of the bluest blood-- and she will be Salvation. Centuries later, after the death of the second Wolf King of the North married to the Queen Mage in alliance: the War who claimed thousands should have ended but all the subjects of foreign lands refused to kneel before the North without their true King to lead and the Queen they wanted to adore. Elders of the different Regions decided that the War will not end, and so the four regions had sworn a bloodbound Treaty waiting for the young heirs of each to lead when the time is ripe and conquer. It was decades of restlessness and countless feuds, rebirth within lands and uprisings; until finally, word arrived far and wide to every single place, being and shadow of the land of Fentoria. The new Queen Mage has given birth on a full moon. The babe's eyes as it opened was of the most astonishing hue... of blue. ~           Northern winds rage in Septentrion during winter and snow fell throughout the night. The King Mage overlooks the whole city on the highest balcony of his Palace wing gripping the handrails tighter.           Beside him stood a woman with her hair blending in with the snow as it delicately flows behind her. She has the most beautiful eyes of azure that seemed to glow even more in the cold.           "Well, I do believe we share the same judgement in this." The King Mage spoke with eyes of piercing emerald green.           "Indeed father but I only wonder if my life is being shaped by the old forces or if I am still the one in control." The woman had her face scrunched in censorious disapproval. The wind blowing harsher by the second.           "There is what we call destiny." The King Mage added as he looked farther towards the horizon where little white lights of the empire he has ruled and loved strongly for the past decades show covered in chalky sleet. "While some doubt their purpose, some are yet to know theirs. Yours, my child, was already written even when you were still stardust." A thunderous sound echoed from the Northgard mountains as the night fell deep in the blizzard. "Siriahail of Septentrion, you are our last hope." The King Mage stated as he finally glanced towards his firstborn whose eyes were lined with silver that glimmers in the moonlight. "Father I- I do not want to leave." She responds contemplating on what was to happen.           Dashing towards the unknown, in a land feared and ruthless. A prophecy to unfold right before her eyes. She did not want to admit it but she was scared beyond glaciers. She could not fathom leaving all that she loved fiercely and worked so much hard for in her youth just to place herself in between risks and duty.           She never wanted to show frailty but even her brave heart failed to hold revealing the young princess she still was.           With fate she did not choose.           As the blue-eyed one quietly shed tears the wind howled louder, the snow got thicker and the King stayed beside her, his heart splintering just as much.
