“Good morning, Rachel. I’ll start you off with Josh in weeding and repotting.” Dirk walked her down the path. “You might be tempted to look down on Josh, but I want you to see him with the eyes of your heart.”
What was wrong with Josh? Was he the strong silent type or a chatterer? The shed and screened-off area were right at the back of the property. As they entered the shed, a broad-shouldered man pushed a wheelbarrow inside. He gave a huge smile and waved excitedly. Bit unusual. Then he set the wheelbarrow down and lumbered over.
“Is this the lady you told me about?” Josh turned his head to look at her. “What’s your name?”
