The Lycan princess

Chapter 6

Two-and-a-half hours in the drive and I have been driving my jeep since we left the palace. My mom feels like I shouldn't drive since I am a princess and the future queen but I like being independent and I like doing things on my own, and since I am to be queen one day I want to explore my freedom until then.

"if its meant to be it'll be baby just let it be" I was singing along softly to the song playing on my radio from my phone. I love music, anyone who knows me knows that. We took three cars, my cousins and brother are in my car, and the other elite warriors are in the other three cars with the six palace warriors that my parents insisted to send with us. I didn't mind because it meant more protection for all of us but it also means more responsibility for me. 

"We are almost there. Bryan send a message to the others and inform them that we will be arriving to the Blood Moon pack in half-an-hour, and please make sure they go over all the plans one more time before we arrive." 

"Seriously sis? I mean come on give them a break. they train hard." 

I glanced over at Bryan. "Bryan, please do it. I have high expectations of our new elite warriors ok? and I trust them, they need to be the best. Dad is trusting us and he will be expecting nothing but good news and progress reports by the end of the week. We need to be on top of this."

"You're right sis I'm sorry. I will let them know"

"It's not a problem Bry, I just don't want to disappoint dad is all."

Pulling up to The Blood Moon Packs gate. I rolled down my window and looked at the guards that we standing there and the ones that were walking over to our cars.

"Can I help you" the first guard who came up to my car said.

"You should show some respect, do you know who you are even talking to?" 

"Brother, manners please." I looked over at my brother. He always hated disrespectful people especially when it was towards our family. My brother rolled his eyes. "Apologies sir, I am princess Andrea Peterson this is my family and some of my most elite warriors in the other vehicles. Alpha Luca is expecting us." The look of shock on his face once he heard the word princess. he immediately apologized to us. "I am sorry princess please let me inform our Alpha of your arrival." I just nodded my head at the warriors just as a truck pulled up behind our last vehicle. I smiled as I seen that it was the truck carrying my Bike. " that's my bike, I hope its ok that I brought it here" I informed the guards. "Yes princess it is no problem at all, the Alpha will be waiting for you at the pack house. would you like an escort?" 

"I would really appreciate that sir." I said to the guards. Soon they changed into their wolfs and the gates opened up for us to come through. We were going to be here for a month, maybe longer. Depends on how long their warriors can pick up on training and the problem with the rouges. We followed the wolfs through the woods for about another ten to fifteen minutes then we started to see houses and it opened up to a nice big area and we seen a huge pack house come into view and right next to the pack house there were warriors training and another building on the other side of the training area. So far from what I can see they seem really organized and well on top of security, which is a good thing. 

We pulled up to the pack house and parked our cars in front of it since we didn't know where to park our cars yet. I was in the first car but I was the last to get out. All the others started to get out the cars and stood infront of them waiting for me, and as soon as my brother opened the passenger door I smelled rain. Like how it smells in the forest after it rains mixed hot chocolate and freshly baked cookies. My eyes widened once I realized why I was attracted to this smell, why it was making my mind cloudy. And the only words that escaped my lips.......

"MATE" I whispered so softly that only my cousins and brother could hear me and they all looked at me shocked. They couldn't believe it and neither could I. I quickly mind linked them "Don't either of you dare say a word about it. Not yet." 

One of the palace warriors were at my drivers door holding it open for me and held out a hand as I grabbed it. I got out of the car slowly trying to regain my composure as I walked around the front of my vehicle to the side where everyone else were. As we all started walking to where the current Alpha and former Alpha and luna were and what looked like their beta, the look on the current Alpha's face says he knew I was his mate and he was shocked. Reaching them they bowed to us and introduce themselves. The former Luna is Amelia Jones who was just as tall as my mom and she had long light brown hair with hazel eyes. Next to her was the former Alpha Benjamin Jones who stood at six feet eight inches tall with short hair and a toned body with hazel brown eyes and light brown hair as well. On the other side was the current Beta who introduced his self as Elijah woods who was as tall as the previous Alpha but he had black short hair and dark brown eyes with a well built body. Who just so happens to be mated to my cousin and princess Samantha Peterson.

Finally came my mate. Alpha Luca Jones who stood at seven feet 2 inches with a body that looked like it was carved from marble and a face that would make any women fall to their knees. He had short light brown hair with hazel eyes with a hint of green in them. I was not anyone who would fall and submit to any man regardless of their status. Alpha Luca didn't stop staring at me the entire time we were doing introductions. Just as we were done introducing everyone  a short blonde came up to Alpha Luca and she wrapped her arms around his arm staring up at him. I just looked at them curious and the first thing that came to my mind was when I got rejected two years ago from my first mate. In this moment I thought about rejecting him as it seems he already has someone for himself. 

"baby I've been waiting for you. what is taking so long?" the short blonde said.

"Amber get off of me. you and I both know that we are not and have never been in a relationship. Not only that you are being rude to the royal family here. Apologize immediately." he spoke in a deep raspy voice.

"I... I am so sorry I didn't mean to be rude." she said but the look on her face and the sound of her voice told me other wise. I could feel her aura and I could tell she was nothing but trouble. Well at least I know that she means nothing to him so that's a good thing, maybe I won't need to reject him?

"apology accepted. Would you mind showing us to our rooms Luna Amelia? I think Beta Elijah and my cousin princess Samantha should spend some time together for a few hours seeing as they just found out they are mates. And Alpha Luca has some matters that he needs to attend to." I said smiling politely at the former Luna. who smiled back at me and agreed. turning back to Alpha Luca I spoke "Alpha Luca shall we have a meeting in your office in a couple of hours once we all get settled and you can handle your pack matters till then?"

"Yes princess I will see you all in my office in two hours and I will have someone bring lunch to your rooms in an hour."

"Thank you so much Alpha Luca"
