The Lycan princess

Chapter 7

Knock, knock, knock... "I'm coming" I called to whoever was knocking on my room door. It must be whoever they sent to give me my lunch. I opened my room door and there I saw a girl who looked to be about my age, and she appeared to have looked small due to the over sized clothes that she was wearing that had many stains on it. She had her head down and she wasn't looking at me and for some reason this bothered me. I didn't even know who this girl was but I felt oddly close to her... Like she was family.

"hello miss I was told to bring you your lunch." she said looking at the floor.

"Oh thank you. please come in" I said still assessing the girl. I couldn't figure out why I was having this feeling but I wanted to know more about her. She came into my room and put the food on the table that I had moved next to my bed. After she set it down she started to hurry out of my room but I had stoped her and touched her arm. "I am sorry but what is your name?"

"my name?" why does she sound like she couldn't believe someone was asking her for her name? 

"yes what is your name?"

"my name is Sophia miss. Sophia Miller I am an omega of the pack."

"It is nice to meet you Sophia Miller, my name is Andrea Peterson. I am the princess and the future Queen. Can you please look at me when I am talking to you?" I asked her. she doesn't seem like anyone talks much to her. well I was about to change everything. I wanted her to be my friend. And I was going to make it happen.

Sophia looked up at me for a brief second with shock written all over her face. I get that a lot, not many people believe that they are talking to the future Lycan Queen. I pulled her to the bed to set down with me. "Sophia tell me about yourself. Where are your parents?"

"My parents are also Omegas. I have a little brother he is seven years old. I also have a sister who is twelve years old."

"How old are you Sophia?"

"I am seventeen. I will be eighteen next month." 

knock, knock, knock... "Come in its open... Oh hey Bryan this is Sophia, Sophia this is my brother Bryan."

"MATE" I heard them both say at the same time. And then it clicked. She was my brothers mate and that is why I was feeling like she was family. Because she is. I was so happy and then I heard my brother speak. "Sophia can I please talk to you in the hallway. As soon as the door was closed I called my dad and told him that he found his mate and that I am making an executive order to make Sophia a princess and my dad agreed. 

What the hell is going on out there. I can hear yelling coming from outside my room. Wait a minute that sounds like my brother Bryan. I rushed to my door and yanked it open to see my brother yelling at Sophia and as soon as I was going to say something I hear him say "I Bryan Peterson reject.." 

"Not another damn word Bryan or I will skin you alive right here and right now" I yelled at him and used my Alpha voice. What does he think he is doing. Sophia is a sweet person and he was going to reject her??? Well not if I have anything to say about it. 

"But Drea you don't understand. I mean look at her. She is an Omega, she will bring nothing but..." 

I pulled my arm back and I slapped him right in the face. "Not another damn word from you Bry. You think you can reject her because of how she looks or her rank? Do you even know what that can do to someone?"

"Andrea come on I need someone strong okay? And its not like your situation you were okay after..."

"After I was rejected? Do you really think that matters? Do you even understand the effects that it can have someone? Do you KNOW what that does to not just your wolf but hers? So help me Buy I will never forgive you if you reject her." I turned to Sophia who was crying "Princess Sophia please come with me and I hope you can forgive my brother for his stupidity. Bry she is a princess and I already told dad. By law she is declared a princess and from here on out she will be treated like one."

With that I brought Sophia to my room. I grabbed a bunch of my clothes that looked about to be her size and my makeup as well. Without saying anything I handed her the clothes "wear whatever fits" she went into the bathroom and come out in a baby blue dress that came to her knees and it brought out her green eyes really well. I put her in the chair and I started doing her makeup lightly and her hair I made it in lose long curls. once I was done I showed her self in the mirror. she was absolutely stunning. I was going to make my brother regret trying to reject her.

"Sophia I am sorry about my brother. do you still want to be his mate?"

looking at her in the mirror she nodded her head yes. 

"okay good. Because I want you to be my sister and together we will make my brother regret trying to reject you."

Looking at the clock I noticed that we have five minutes to the meeting starts. So I decided that since Sophia is now a princess that she needs to learn how to be one and the responsibilities that come along with it, and I decided that she will join the meeting with us and from now on she will also be training to become an elite warrior. 

I followed Sophia to Alpha Luca's office since I had no clue as to where it was. I knocked on the door and went in once I heard his voice calling out to us. It appears that everyone else has already arrived, and it just so happens that, that short blonde bimbo is here. "What was her name again Ava?"

"its Amber" she said while growling in my head. We walked in and I was about to take my seat when Amber spoke up.

"Sophia what are you doing here? you are an Omega you do not belong here. And where did you get those clothes from? huh who did you steal from?" She was yelling at Sophia now and I was starting to get angry.

"Ms Amber I am going to have to ask you to leave ms Sophia alone" I said while looking at her.

"I am sorry princess you won't have to deal with Sophia again she will be punished severely I will personally see to it." She said and she grabbed Sophia by the arm and slapped her across the face. You could hear gasps from all around the room as Sophia fell to the floor and I could hear my brother growling at Amber. In a flash I got to Amber and I pulled her arm out its socket and she screamed in pain.

Holding my hand out for Sophia "princess Sophia are you alright?" I asked while looking at her face. I could tell everyone was nervous at what I had done and was confused as to why I was calling her a princess. After all it is not every day that I display such violence in front of others. 

"Yes I am ok. Thank you so much Andrea."

"Of course princess." turning I looked at Amber who was screaming in pain. "I had warned you to leave her alone. the act for harming a royal is punishable by death" I said while glaring at her. Who the hell does this b***h think she is. "Alpha Luca I do apologize but since no one knows of princess Sophia's change in status I will spare her life. however I cannot promise that the next time will be the same." turning back to him I said "she needs to leave. She is putting my wolf on edge and I cannot promise to hold her back next time."

"Guards get Amber out of here. Amber I have told you once already to stay away from me. This is now the second time, it is also the second time that you have disrespected the royals. I would not make it a third because next time it could very well be your life" and he gestured for the guards to take her out of the office.

Everyone was looking at me as I helped Sophia to sit in a chair. "I am sorry about the act of aggression and violence Alpha Luca. I do not mean to disrespect you. However it is law that once a werewolf is mated to a royal it makes them a royal (prince or princess) as well. As of today Sophia is no longer an Omega for the pack, but she is Princess Sophia a royal and a warrior in training." I said while looking him in the eyes. No one who came with me said a word because they know not to piss me off or to push me when I am like this. He simply nodded his head as he understood what I was saying. 

"There is something I would like to discuss before we get into the training schedule and other things first princess Andrea."

"I am very well aware of what it is you want to discuss Alpha Luca. However I am not sure if that is a good thing to do right now. But seeing as it is of high importance we will discuss it further."

"Seeing as we are indeed mates how will we go about this?" he asked me making everyone in the room gasp in shock as they all looked from him to me. The only ones that were not shocked were my cousins and brother.

"I am going to be honest with you Alpha Luca. You are my second chance mate." At this point everyone was just confused. "You see my identity has not always been known to others. I had to leave me kingdom when I was a child and I was only able to return once I met my mate. And I did. The day I turned sixteen. No one knew who I was and since I was treated as an outcast he rejected me. So you see, if I am to accept you as my mate and the future king to rule by my side I need to know you won't ever betray me. I cannot say that you will betray me seeing as I don't really know you yet. But I hope that you are as true as my parents say that you are" I said to him while smiling.

"Andrea I will never shift again if you reject him do you hear me?" my wolf Ava was once again growling in the back of my head.

"Ugh relax Ava. I am just making sure he is fit to be king. I know mom and dad had approved before he was even our mate but I want to be one thousand percent sure." I told her.

He got off his chair and walked over to me. "Will you give me a chance to prove if I am a good mate or not?"

"Yes I will give you a chance Alpha Luca." As I said this he smiled and went back to his chair behind his desk.

"Lets get started everyone." and we began going over the plans for training for his pack. I informed our new elite warriors that they will now be trainers as well as on top of their regular training. I need our warriors to be in top shape regardless. By the time we were done it was dinner time. I did ask Alpha Luca to announce to the pack of Sophias status change seeing as some people like to bully her. I had also requested that her and her parents be moved to an empty room on the floor that we are staying on and he agreed as well. I think he would make a fine mate and future king. I just don't want to be making any mistakes. At dinner time he also informed everyone of his warriors of the new training schedule to which I did hear some complaints and I had raised an eyebrow at them and to my people as well. Back in the kingdom when training complaining gets you more training. He had also informed everyone that he had indeed met his mate but he refused to give out any details to which I was grateful for. I was not ready for everyone to know that we were mates just yet. I wanted them to get to know me for me and not for being the Alphas mate. 

Soon the dinner was over and we all went to our own rooms. Once again I couldn't fall asleep so I grabbed a tea bag from the little container on top of the mini fridge and I heated up some water in my mug while I added a few bags of sugar to it. I pulled my laptop out from my bag and I started to work on my reports, and check in to see how the stocks were doing. By the time I was done it was three in the morning which meant I had two hours to get some sleep before training so I went to sleep so that I could get a couple of hours in.
