Chapter 8

Beep Beep Beep... "ugh" click. five am and another long day with only two hours of sleep. Great.

I got out of bed and put on my training clothes, I wore a sports bra with a hoodie pulled over and some leggings with my sneakers and my hair pulled up in a high braided ponytail. Once I was dressed I went down to the kitchen to make breakfast for everyone since I know they will all be hungry before training.

I decided to make banana nut muffins and regular banana muffins just incase anyone is allergic and since I am new here I don't know anything about this pack so I didn't want to take any chances. I made several batches of muffins, freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and a ton of toast. I made so much food on my own that I didn't realize when the maids and cooks came into the kitchen. I looked over at them and smiled while waving them over.

"Hey guys could you please finish up in here for me? its just finishing up the toast and bacon everything else is done"

"Yes of course princess." one of them replied to me while bowing to me.

"Oh no please its just Andrea, and you don't need to bow to me." I said while smiling at her. I walked out into the kitchen and when I came out I seen everyone starting to fill in and sit down around the huge long table. I started to walk to my seat where my family and Elite warriors were all sitting. Most people would bow their head's to me once I walked passed and I nodded my head to them as well. I reached my family and they all looked at me with a questioning look while I just waved my hand at them to brush them off.

Once Alpha Luca came into the dinning hall everyone went silent and once he took his seat the maids and the cooks started to bring out the food and juice that I made.

"Talia who made this? I don't remember this being on the menu for today."

The Maid named Talia glanced at me and she looked like she was worried like she might get into trouble.

"Apology's Alpha I am afraid that it was my doing. I was up early and I decided to cook breakfast for everyone."

"Really Drea? Is that why you weren't in your room this morning when we went there and you were coming from the kitchen when we were all already here?" Bry said looking at me like I was out of my mind.

"Oh, come on Bry you know I love to cook" I simply replied while glancing at everyone in the dinning hall who were now staring at me. I looked over at Alpha Luca hoping that he wasn't mad. I honestly didn't know that they even had a menu, hell had I known I wouldn't have even made anything. The strange things is that Alpha Luca didn't even look upset. He didn't even say a word instead he just started to eat and soon everyone else started to eat as well. It took me from five thirty in the morning to seven thirty to make breakfast for everyone and I was pretty please even though it was a simple breakfast.

Once I finished my breakfast (which I was the first one to finish because I was eating as I was making breakfast so all I had at the table was a muffin and a few pieces of bacon, with a glass of orange juice) I walked to the kitchen to wash my dishes and the maid Talia come over to take it from me so I thanked her and I started to head to the training grounds so I could get a workout in running a few miles and just doing some normal workouts since I knew I would be working out later during and after training. Everyone started to show up around eight thirty for training and that was where the fun really got started.

"All right everyone listen up and gather around. My elite warriors here will be training you all. I am going to be honest and I am sure as many of you know or have heard we do not train light in the kingdom, we DO NOT slack off, and we DO NOT complain." I said while looking at everyone. "If anyone complains" turning to the elite warriors "anyone care to inform them of what happens?"

"You will have more work to do." Rose was the one to speak up

"Exactly. Thank you Rose. And what happens if you are late to training?"

"You are on dishes duty for the day." this time it was Jonathan who spoke up.

"Ah yes Jonathan thank you." turning back to the Blood Moon pack warriors "Keep in mind the punishments will not always be the same. You will work hard every day, and I have already spoken to your Alpha and HE will choose the best top ten warriors to send back with me once we are done here. And those ten warriors will be training to be elite warriors. So keep that in mind while you are training."

Turning back to my warriors. "alright everyone start off with a warm up I want five laps around the training filed follow behind me and absolutely no falling behind. Lets begin."

We started the run and I noticed after the third lap around that they were starting to get tired. It was a little disappointing to be honest I was expecting them to hold out a bit more. Well it looks like I got a lot of work to do with them. I was the first one done with running and I looked around to see who was falling behind. I noticed it was an Omega boy who was having a hard time so I decided to continue running and caught up to the boy and I just looked at him and started running and keeping his pace. of course we are the last ones to finish our laps which wasn't a problem. I planned to use this as a teaching lesson for everyone.

"What's your name kid?"

"My name is Nalu princess."

"Okay first please call me Andrea. Kid get some water and then meet me up front."

I stayed silent and walked to the front. My warriors were looking at me. while we were running I mind linked my warriors to not support the kid because I wanted to use it as a teaching moment so they already knew what I had planned to do. They have experienced it in the training in the kingdom. I continued to keep silent while I waited for the kid to come to the front as everyone were waiting to see what we were going to do.

Nodding to the kid who came up front I put my hand on his shoulder and turning to the rest of the pack "okay who here can tell me what was wrong with that run?"

Silence...

"Well let me tell you then. As you have noticed Nalu here was the last one to finish his laps. Can anyone tell me what was wrong with that?"

"He's weak. He is an Omega and he shouldn't be a warrior." "yeah" "that's right" I could hear people agreeing with the girl who said that.

"Silence" I yelled. do they really think that they were right? They are out of their mind and quite frankly it pissed me off. "First of all it is not because of his rank or status, or because he hasn't been able to train. It is because no one was their to help motivate him. Not only that you all left him behind. In the kingdom you NEVER leave anyone behind, it doesn't matter if you like the person, their rank or whatever. As a fellow warrior it is your job to help your pack, to protect your pack. In the kingdom ANYONE can be a warrior. If you are on an important mission you would not leave your partner behind. EVER."

turning to my guys I nodded my head to them to let them know that they can get started.

Alpha Luca's POV the day het met Andrea

Standing infant of the pack house blade (my wolf) has been on edge all day. I assumed it was due to the fact that the royal family were coming today which I didn't get why. I know we have been having rogue attacks but it wasn't nothing we couldn't handle but my parents thought it was time we called their friends for help and they just so happen to be the royal family. The royal family were sending their best warriors and the princess. I was not looking forward to hosting them only because we weren't prepared for it.

Three black cars started to pull up along with another truck that had a motor cycle on the back of it. Hmmm might belong to the prince. I couldn't stop looking at the first car and waiting for the princess to get out. I was curious to see how she looked. I heard the rumors about her. They say she is ruthless and that she almost like me. Rumor has it that her torture methods are ruthless. It is said that no one can stomach being in the room while she is doing her thing. She sounds like me if I am being honest.

"Blade calm down man. you have been restless all morning."

"I need to see her. I need to see her."

"what the hell are you talking about man? calm down you are...."

"MATE"

My world froze and my heart stoped. There she was walking around the front of her car. She had long brown hair and she looked like she reached my shoulders. She was also very ft for a princess which indicates that she does workout. She smelled like strawberries, and hot chocolate. She walked with so much grace and caution you would think that she wasn't the palace's top warrior, looking at her now I still doubt that she is their top warrior. She looked like a princes.

I still couldn't answer as the introductions were being made. Even when we all found out my Beta Elijah Woods is mated to her cousin Samantha. My Beta introduced me and just as we were done the most annoying person in the entire world came running out of the pack house and grabbed onto my arm.

"Baby Ive been waiting for you. What is taking so long?"

Ugh her voice sounded like nails on a chalk board. "Amber get off of me. You and I both know that we are not and have never been in a relationship. Not only that you are being rude ti the royal family here. Apologize immediately." I said to her in my serious voice so she knew that I wasn't playing any games. And most importantly I didn't want my mate to think me and Amber were a thing so I made it clear for everyone so there would be no confusion.

"I... I am so sorry I didn't mean to be rude" I heard amber say. Without even looking at her I could tell she wasn't happy that I made her apologize. Amber is so spoiled and she thinks that she can always get her way until I have to put her in her place. She always hated being told what to do and hated it even more when it was me telling her what to do, and that is mostly because I almost never let her have her way.

"Apology accepted. Would you mind showing us to our rooms Luna Amelia? I think Beta Elijah and my cousin Princess Samantha should spend some time together seeing as they are mates. And Alpha Luca has some matters that he needs to attend to" God her voice was like music to me. "Alpha Luca shall we have a meeting in your office in a couple of hours once we all get settled and you can handle your pack matters until then?

She was addressing me. My mate was actually talking to me. but why wasn't she saying anything about us being mates? Oh my god Ive been quiet for a little too long.

"Yes princess I will see you all in my office in two hours and I will have someone bring lunch to your rooms in an hour"

"Thank you so much Alpha Luca".

I watched as my mom took everyone to their rooms and my Beta leaving with his mate and I was left standing there with Amber. She has been after me since we were kids, always following me around eying any girl who even looked my way. I can't even count the times I had to tell her to knock it off since she was essentially no one to me but a warriors daughter. I turned round and glared at Amber who was jus looking at me like she was innocent.

"Amber for being disrespectful to the Royal family you are to be on dinner duty for one week with the other cooks. You will report starting tonight"

"But Luc..."

"Bu nothing Amber you are lucky that the princess is much more level headed than her brother, he is not one to take disrespect from anyone. And if I have to tell you one more time about going around and acting like we are together trust me you do not want to see me angry Amber. Now go".

I had to use my alpha voice on her or I knew she would try to weasel her way out of dinner duty and I wasn't having it. I needed to go to my office and continue my Alpha duties and make sure the royal family and their elite warriors have some food before the meeting.
