Throughout Time: An Introduction
The wonder that is the female form has been astounding and amazing men and women alike, for centuries. The facts about it could fill the biggest library. I say we pace ourselves. Shall we? Maybe instead of a library, I fill a small book? And instead of talking about bodies in general, I'd like to talk about my, gulp, v****a. *Taps Mic* Is this thing on?
I'd like to share some musings, maybe some poetry, and a little bit of prose about my secret rose. Say that five times fast.
But firstly, a looooong, long, time ago, ancient civilizations would treat a female's body like the last of the summer wine! She was in demand, left on a pedestal, marveled at. Isis was an Egyptian Goddess who basically summed up motherhood. Aphrodite, from the Greek, was held up as a depiction of beauty. Society now is not so different. The female form is still much revered.
We just have more insight, access, and experience to back it all up. What is harder, though, is a female revering her own form. It is harder for some to view their skin through a kind lense. It is harder, still, if their body is experiencing typical changes in womanhood and maybe some NOT so typical.
