Chapter 6 - Samurai are dead
Psychic Guild Headquarters, Rome, Italy
December 20th 2111
High Master Paulin, one hundred and two, entered the ochre room aided by a novice and sat in his place. The four other senior members of the Council, already there, nodded their respects in silence. The novice left, quietly closing the door behind him.
The room was almost bare, the light dim: a place suited for meditation, for the free flow of thoughts. Several antique Japanese painted scrolls, were the only decorations on the walls. They depicted warriors wearing traditional armours and weapons, their bodies showing different moves of combat. All but one, that represented a naked warrior with a thorn protruding from his chest.
High Master Paulin's thoughts opened the telepathic session.
