Recipe: Cherry Eggnog 6 egg whites 6 egg yolks ¼ cup maple syrup ½ cup sugar 2 cups heavy cream ½ gallon milk 1 cup bourbon ¼ cup maraschino cherry juice 2 teaspoons almond extract In small bowl, beat egg yolks and ½ cup sugar until thickened. In medium bowl, beat egg whites and maple syrup until stiff peaks form. In large bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Stir in the yolk mixture. Stir in the egg whites mixture. Add milk, bourbon, cherry juice, and almond extract and stir to combine.
