Chapter 24: The Plan.

"Ray!"

Dream called for Ray in the field. Ray look at him. He kick the ball sideway first. Evading the defender that was targeting to steal the ball.

After that, Ray kick the ball right toward Dream. The other team chase the ball toward Dream. The ball sharply dropped right at Dream foot.

"Nice!"

Dream immediately charged toward the Goal with the ball. Anta is there to block Dream.

Dream kick the ball up. Making it float toward him. Then, He kick it up once again. Dream turned back. He jumped and then

BAM! The ball immediately went toward the top right corner.

"Bicycle kick. From that Distance?!"

Anta was shocked by that ability.

And that conclude the match. Dream and Ray went to take a shower. After that. They immediately head toward Student Council Room.

It's been a couple of days since Dream returned to the Academy. He's been taking it slow because at this time of the year, Elaine usually go around Nova searching for new students.

So, There's not really a hard training for the Students. That make the students really happy because they didn't have to work as hard as before. And because Elaine is flying all over Nova, They had a lot of free time.

They used that free time to do something together. This Soccer Match is a part of that. They just did a tournament for the Academy and the winner is Class 1 A. Followed by Class 2 A.

"Everyone here?"

As soon as Dream and Ray entered the Student Council Room, Eis Immediately asked.

"It's seems so."

Lily answered. Dream and Ray immediately take their seat.

"So. It's that time of the year again. We all get a lot of free time due to Miss Elaine roaming around the Kingdom Searching for students."

Eis said to the whole group.

"Yeah... So What do you want to talk about Eis?"

Ray immediately ask. Eis immediately look at Dream and Lily.

"Listen here. It's our tradition to pick the new Student Council President and Vice President when this time appear."

Eis said. That statement shocked Dream, Ray and Lily.

"What you're saying is you we're going to become the President and Vice President?"

Dream said. Ray and Lily immediately look at Eis for confirmation. Eis nodded.

"Correct. That's why, I call this meeting. Let's do it now. Who's voting for who?"

Without any further question, Everyone immediately point their finger at Dream. Dream was shocked after seeing that action.

"Wait, Why me though? I'm not that good as a leader!"

"What do you mean you're not good as a leader?! You're the strongest student here! That's should be enough reason for us to pick you to be the next President."

After Dream say his complaint, That Complaint immediately shut down by Everyone. Dream immediately went silent.

"Good. No talking back okay?"

After Eis say that, Dream expression turned bitter, He turned his face away in disagreement.

"Alright then. Now, Who's going to be the Vice President?"

Everyone immediately pointed at Lily.

"Alright. I'm okay with that! As long as I get to be with Dream, I'm okay~"

Lily agreed to be the Vice President. Dream isn't happy about that. He was forced to be the next President of the Student Council.

"Are you satisfied with that Dream?"

Eis asked. Dream turned his face back at her and said.

"Fine. I'll do it. Just remember, I will do it in my own way."

Dream said with serious face.

"Uwaa, I wonder if I make a mistake."

Eis mumbled while looking at the Pissed Dream.

"Oh right. Speaking about that. Who's going to take our spot?"

July asked. Sylvie turned around and ask the same thing.

"Ah About that. It's probably Ray and one more person. Do you have anyone in mind that can take this job?"

Eis look around. Dream immediately raise his hand.

"I have some idea."

"Alright then Dream. You're now the current President so, Take it away!"

Eis said. Dream was surprised.

"Wait, What? That's too quick. Well, It doesn't matter."

Dream immediately look around and said.

"Alright. I don't want people to ask my judgement and plan. So, I want Ray to be the second Vice President. So Ray and Lily can both support me."

Dream turned toward Ray. Ray smiled and nodded.

"And for the position of Secretary and Treasurer. I want Jasmine and Krim. Jasmine because I trust her and Krim because she's Ray sister and I can trust her as well."

Dream stated loud and clear. Everyone didn't have any problem with Dream choice. Because, They can't fight Dream argument now that he was given the power.

"Alright then. I'm okay with that!"

Lily said excitedly. Both Jasmine and Krim is her friends so, She's probably happy now that they can meet up more often.

"Yup! No problem."

Ray also seems okay at that choice.

Eis, July and Sylvie smiled at the new roster.

"Well then. Good luck then. I will leave the most important roster to you guys."

"Yeah. Leave it to us."

Dream answered his senior seriously.

Now that Eis and the others was released from the roster. They immediately went out from the room. Eis look at Ray and said.

"Good luck Ray."

Eis Smiled.

"Thank you."

After that, Eis walked away.

Dream look at Ray and Lily. Both of them was waiting for the order from Dream. Dream suddenly feel happy. Knowing that he have his girlfriend and his bestfriend to support him. He couldn't help but feel happy and excited.

Dream smiled and said.

"Let's go call Jasmine and Krim."

Dream stand up and walked first. Ray and Lily stand up behind him and followed him.

The three of them walked back to the classroom and immediately, Ray and Lily walked toward Jasmine and Krim while Dream was looking at the situation.

"So, You want us to Join the Student Council as Secretary and Treasurer?"

Jasmine asked for confirmation. Lily smiled and said.

"Yes! Dream personally invited both of you!"

Hearing that from Lily, Jasmine and Krim immediately said.

"I'm in!"

"I'm also in."

The one who talked is just Lily while Ray just standing there awkwardly.

After successfully inviting Jasmine and Krim. Ray went back toward Dream.

Dream look at Ray awkwardly and said.

"Bro. You suck.."

"Shut it! I can't talk to the girls that easily."

"What do you mean?! One of them is your own sister!"

Dream said toward Ray.

"Shut up!"

Dream laugh at Ray situation. It seems like he's still awkward at his own classmates. The Reason was because he can't really talk that great with the students.

People look at him with way too much Respect. Dream understand that feeling so, He stop making fun of Ray before he take it too far.

Finally, After waiting for some more time, Lily finished talking with Jasmine and Krim. The Three of them walked toward Dream and Ray.

"Hello! Thank you for inviting us Dream."

Jasmine said with smile. Krim nodded.

"No worry. Now, Let's go back to the Student Council room and have our first proper meeting. I want to talk about something."

Dream said. Everyone nodded and followed behind him.

After they arrived back at the Student Council Room, They immediately take their seat. Dream take a seat at the President Chair.

"Oh my god, I feel so weird!"

Dream who isn't that used for sitting alone without anyone by his side feel awkward by the amount of space around him.

"So Dream. What do you want to talk about?"

Ray asked.

"Are we going to talk about that?"

Lily asked. Everyone immediately look at Lily who seems to have some idea to what Dream want to talk about.

Dream nodded at Lily. Lily immediately smiled big after that.

"Alright. Fall is almost over. And after Fall season is over comes Winter. Am I correct?"

Dream said awkwardly. Everyone nodded awkwardly as well.

"So, According to Miss Elaine. She wanted to do Winter Competition. And that competition is going to take place at Manamoa Mountain."

After Dream say that, Everyone was shocked. Lily there was nodding with a smug expression on her face.

"B-But, What kind of Competition can we held in Manamoa?!"

Jasmine asked. Dream look at her. She immediately turned away with blushed cheeks.

"Miss Elaine want the Competition to include this. Ice skating in the frozen lake, Snow boarding, Snowball fight."

Dream said. Jasmine nodded and immediately lost in her own thought process.

"About the Mountain itself, Miss Elaine will ask for permission from the king. And I know for sure it's going to be alright. So, There's 100% chance that this competition will be held. That's why I want to talk about it right now."

Dream explain the situation. Everyone seems to understand where's the conversation going to go. So Krim immediately cut off to the important part.

"Okay. For that to happen, We will need a lot of equipment. Right?"

Krim said. Dream immediately look at her and smiled.

"Correct! We're going to need lots of equipment. We need to search for a supplier. About payment, Don't worry about that. Miss Elaine will take care of it all."

"Alright then. That's simple enough. This Weekend we're going to search for that."

Jasmine said.

"Yup. That's sound good. Ray, Lily. You guys understand the plan?"

Dream turned to his right and look at Lily and Ray.

"Of course!"

Lily said with smile on her face.

"Yup. I understand the plan 100%"

Ray said with a confident face.

"That's it for today. Let's go to the Cafeteria and celebrate this new rosters!"

"Let's go!"

Everyone excitedly leave the room. They all went to the Cafeteria and have their celebration there.

After Celebrating with the new Student Council Roster, Everyone go back to doing their own thing. Dream went back to his room to take a quick breather. He went to take a shower.

After taking a shower, Dream immediately sat down on the chair and take his plan book. He search for a new technique to add to his arsenal.

"I just realize this. Leviathan Mark with Chaos Essence is devastating. My Wave Attack can pierce Dragon without problem. So, I need to make my technique centered around that two. I hope my plan on making the really pressured water attack can be completed."

Dream muttered. The reason why he was searching for a new technique is because he need something strong that he can use before completing his Water Cube technique.

He told Yoga that he will finished it within one month. If he failed Yoga will probably laugh at Dream. He doesn't want that because it's embarrassing for Dream to get laughed at by his own weapon.

"AGH Damn it. I need to get back to training right now."

Dream quickly ran to the Gym. He trained like there was no tomorrow.

Eventually, Saturday came.

"Gah..."

Dream wake up from his sleep.

"Hm... What time is it?"

Dream yawned and look at the clock beside him.

"It's still 5 o'clock in the morning. I guess I'll take a cold shower."

Dream immediately walked toward the Bathroom. He brush his teeth and hop into the shower. He turned the water at the coldest setting and enjoy it.

After that, He immediately dry himself and wear his clothes. Because there's still a lot of time before meeting. Dream decided to go to the library.

He was told by Lily the night before this that she found the kind of book that Dream wanted. Books that was written by scientist about the Sea.

By 6 o'clock, He arrived at the library. The Library just opened so, Dream immediately went inside. He walked to a desk where there's a girl reading her book.

As soon as she notices Dream, She immediately stopped and ask Dream.

"What can I do for you?"

The girl has a short light blue hair and a light blue eyes. She also wear glasses. She spoke to Dream softly.

"Where can I find a book about the Ocean?"

Dream asked.

"You can find it along the shelf on the right side. There's a designated shelf that talked about the ocean. You can find it there."

The Girl put her hand toward the direction. Dream take a look and immediately memorize the way.

"Thank you very much!"

Dream say his thanks and immediately went to the direction he was told to. Dream stared at the giant collection of the Ocean themed books.

He quickly scan the shelf. Then, He found something that he wanted to see.

"The Deepest part of the Ocean. Interesting. I've been searching for this."

Dream grab the book. He walked a bit and take a seat in the nearby table. He quickly open the  book and look at the Table Content.

"Hah! Found it."

Dream muttered. The Thing he saw was written 'What it feels in the deepest part of the ocean' He immediately moved to that page and read for a couple of hours trying to really understand what it means.

After having some understanding of it. He quietly activate his Leviathan Mark. His back glow red. Before he activate something. He quickly put the book back at its place.

A cube of water appear right between his arm. The color of that water was dark. The water is really calm. Not that much movement in the water. Dream take out a rock from his pocket and throw it to the water. The rock was crushed in an instant.

Dream eyes immediately shined. He completed the new technique. But, Before he get too excited and wet everything in the library, He deactivate the Leviathan mark and the Water vanished.

"I did it! Finally."

Dream muttered.

'Congratulation master! I know you can do it!'

'Thank you Yoga, Hid.'

After that, He went back to the Academy with great excitement.

'By the way master, What are you going to name that technique?'

Yoga asked. Dream have a perfect name for it.

'I'll name it Depth Prison!'

Dream said to Yoga. Yoga immediately asked Dream.

'How are you going to use it?'

'Easy. I'm going to surround my enemy with that water and let them get crushed by the pressure.'

Dream explain to Yoga. Yoga then went silent as she was terrified by that technique.

Trapping enemies in a dark prison. Letting them get crushed by the sheer pressure of gravity inside the water. Such a terrifying technique.

Dream head straight to the Student Council Room and wait there. It's 8 o'clock. Dream waited a couple of minutes before people started showing.

"Dream. What happened? You look so happy."

Lily ask. She was wondering why Dream look very excited today.

"Well, I completed my new technique. That's why I'm so happy right now."

Dream explain. Lily remember his weird request that he made.

"Hee. So that's why you ask me about that book before."

"Yup!"

"Well, I'm happy for you."

Dream and Lily flirted while waiting for the others to come.

After everyone was there, They immediately walked toward the City. They look around for a specific store so that they can order a lot of equipment for the Winter Competition.

They went to the mall and found a sport shop. They decided to check in there first.

Fortunately, The Shop owner recognize Dream and Lily. So, It was really easy to convince him to supply them the equipment.

"That's quite easy ain't it? What do we do now?"

Jasmine said. Everyone look at each other.

"Well, Since we're here. How about we explore the mall separately? We're going to meet right here in 2 hours. Sounds good?"

"Good!"

Ray left. Jasmine, Krim and Lily left together. Dream immediately left as well.

"Well, Since I've found the supplier. I need to inform this to Miss Elaine. But, I can't use my earpiece because the range is too far. So, I need to wait."

Dream muttered while going around the mall.

While Dream was roaming around the mall, Dream notices a lot of people were gathering watching something.

Dream was wondering what happened. But then.

Slap.

A satisfying sound can be heard from above. Dream immediately use his Stealthy steps to check.

There's a fat old man and a short light blue haired girl. It seems like she received a slap to the cheek from the old man. The glasses fall down to the ground.

"Isn't that the Librarian from before?"

Dream observe the situation.

"What do you have to say?!"

The old man raise his hand once again. The people wasn't helping the girl. It seems like there's a difference in the status that made them afraid to interfere.

Dream immediately moved. The hand was about to slap the Girl cheek once again but, Dream immediately grab the hand.

"What are you doing?"

Dream asked. The old man immediately turned to Dream.

"Who are you? What business you have with me?"

The old man raise his voice against Dream. Dream keep his calm.

"I'm asking you. What happened here?"

"This young girl! S-She steal something from me!"

Dream immediately look at the Librarian.

"Is it true?"

Dream said softly. The girl shake her head. Dream look into her eyes and immediately get the answer.

"I'll ask you for the last time old man. What happened?!"

Dream pressured the old man.

"W-What?! What are you doing?! Guard! Catch him!"

Dream hunch was correct. This man is probably someone with a higher status. From his eyes, He know that this old man is the one at fault.

"Here. Drink this."

Dream throw her a Medium potion. She drank it and the pain from her face immediately faded.

The guard started running toward Dream. The old man Grinned toward Dream.

"This is why you shouldn't put your head into someone problem!"

Dream smiled brightly and stared at the Guard.

"Hey. Are you guys his personal Guard or this country Guard?"

Dream ask. One of the Guard answer.

"We're his personal Guard."

Dream smiled even bigger.

"Well then. That explain why!"

Dream immediately vanished from their vision.

"Wha?!"

They were dumbfounded by it. They though that Dream ran away.

"AGH!"

Suddenly, Behind them, The old man screamed.

"What are you doing?! You're going to get into problem if you do this to an earl!"

Dream laughed at that.

"HAHAHA! Earl you say? Just to give you a heads up. I didn't get bound to any law at all! I'm Dream Enpierce. I've given a special privilege by the King himself. I can do anything!"

"Eh?"

The Earl immediately let out a dumb voice.

"Now~ Tell me the truth. Or I kill you?"

Dream ask softly.

"G-Guard! Just Kill him!"

The Earl immediately give order to his personal guards.

The guards immediately raise their weapon toward Dream. Dream smiled vanished. Dream stared at them with cold eyes.

"You really raising your sword against me?"

Dream said Terrifyingly. He let out an intense bloodlust. Making the whole crowd shivers. The target of that Bloodlust was the Guards. They immediately kneel toward Dream.

"Good. Now then Earl. Goodbye."

Dream immediately kick the earl right on his head. He kick him with all his power. Sending the Earl Flying to a wall.

"Tch! You Noble are corrupt. Using your authority to abuse citizens."

Dream ignore everyone there. Eventually the real Guards appear.

"What happened?!"

The Guards asked the Earl personal Guards.

"That man... He sent the earl flying."

"What?! That's a Crime! Catch him!"

The guards immediately moved toward Dream. Dream stared at them and bring out his Chains of Acedia.

"T-That Chains?!"

The Guard say nervously.

"You recognize these? Then You should knew who I'm right?"

The Guards nodded at Dream.

"Then you should knew what my privilege right?"

The Guards nodded even faster.

"Then Get out of here! Bring those fuckers with you! Tell your king to manage his noble. Or I will kill all of them!"

Dream threatened them. They immediately bowed down and catch the Guards and the Earl.

Dream turned his vision to the crowds.

"You guys too."

They let out a cold sweats. They went somewhere with fear.

"Finally. Are you alright?"

Dream ask the Librarian.

"Yes... Thank you for saving me..."

"No problem."

The Librarian immediately call him as Dream about to move.

"May I know your name?"

"Sure. I'm Dream Enpierce. You're?"

Dream answer the Librarian question.

"My name is Lucia Towa."

"Nice to meet you. I hope we meet again somewhere~"

Dream wave his hand and walked away. Lucia bowed his body down at Dream as a thanks.

2 Hours passed. Dream met up again with the Student council.

They all brought some sort of bag in their hand. Dream can see that they're tired. Their stomach grumble.

"Well then. Let's go have some lunch."

Dream lead the way. The rest of them walked right behind him.

"By the way Dream. I heard that you kick some noble face? Is that true?"

Ray asked. Hearing Ray bringing up that question. Everyone immediately look at Dream.

"How do you know about that?"

Dream asked.

"You let out an intense bloodlust. Of course we would know. And news about you spread really fast too."

Ray said. Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Well, Yeah that's true. I kick him because he use his power to slap an innocent girl."

"Oh Really? Good then. Should just slice his throat."

Ray said coldly. Dream chuckled.

"Well, If you cut his throat, You can't get information from him."

"I guess that's true..."

After talking about that, They arrived at a restaurant. Dream treat them whatever they want.
