Part 12 : The Promise

Calix volunteered to stay and check my pack members while Charles, Richard and Earl are staying with me to do some errands.
While reading some of my members report, It's been a week when this issue came. Everyday working with my best trackers and fighters is worth it. We already have the location but not the culprit yet but I have a strong feeling that this culprit is one of mine. I run my fingers in my messy hair.
Reading another files when my door burst open, I rose my eyes to my unwanted visitors. There, standing in front me are Earl and Charles in the arms of two rogues holding them in their neck and another three rogue behind. I crossed my arms in my chest and walk around in front of my desk, leaning on it.
"Sorry, Alpha." Earl said in ashamed. I wave my hand at him, dismissive.
"Well should I gave you a warm welcome? Welcome to my pack." I spat in my low warning tone. Their grips in Earl and Charles neck tighten. I smirked.
"Oh .. is the big bad wolf scaring the Alpha?" I smirked evilly.
"Aren't you afraid that you'll lose your Beta and Gamma?" A woman voice said and the rogues split out to give her way. There she is walking towards me in much more feminine.
I c****d my eyebrow and the evil smirk never left my face. "Why, I am not surprised?" I spat, mischiviously.
Her face fell confused. "What do you mean b***h?"
The night you show yourself, you seem different, the fact that that's the only time I had a chance to be with you alone. Because everytime I saw you, you're with Calix, your scent is unnoticable, isn't? Very clever." I spat hatred.
Her eyes went wide but vanished too soon. "I wonder why you only have pack warriors around your teritory and no normal wolf members, are they went afraid and chose to be rogue?" She spat instead of answering me. I got my answer when she change the topic.
I let out a hearty laugh.
"What's funny?!" She yell at me.
"What are you? Except being a rogue dog?" I barked then laugh. Earl and Charles let out a chuckle too but choked when the one holding them tightens.
"You know I can kill your beta and gamma in just one word, right?" She said, smirk in her face. I gave her my own. My evil smirked.
"Try." I dare at her. He nodded her head and heard a c***k of bones. She gave me a wicked smile. I laugh at her.
"What's the funny? Knowing your beta and third are now gone?"
"Nope. Why don't you turn around and see yourself?" I tilted my head in amusement. She did turn around and gasps loudly.
"What the f**k!" She blurted out. Five rogues dead body lying in front of her.
"Welcome." I spat in my bored tone. "Never underestimate my beta and third." I smirked.
She went speechless.
"Burn them." I order to no one in particular but they both left with the dead bodies. Leaving me and Athena in my office.
"You want something? Coffee or Tea?" I asked sarcastic.
"I want Calix." She stated, her voice is firmed.
"Get him if you can, but I can't promise he'll come with you." I snorted.
"Oh sure I can. With the potion I gave him, he'll come kneeling down on me." She said proudly.
"Potion?"
"It's a type of potion, a love potion to be exact. If I had the chance to touch him, he'll be mine in just a blink." She snickered.
"He really don't love you, but because of the potion." I nodded understanding. "What a shame."
"I love him!" She shouts. "He'll be mine and let my father kill your brother and his mate together with their unborned child!" She threatened and that's where I reacted. I felt my wolf take over and I push her against my office door making it fall on the ground. Me on top of her, my hand around her neck, choking her.
"Who's your father!" I demand "Where did you take Sam and Alicia! What did you do to them!" I shout/yelled in her face in my voice full of authority.
Her eyes went wide, horrified look plastered in her now pale face. My elongated teeth showed and my claws are out, digging on either side of her neck. She let out a whimper.
"Athena" A low male voice reached my ears. There I saw Calix, standing a few steps from us. I growled loudly, so he.
"Mate!" Someone shouted behind him, he took a step forward. Richard
"You know I can kill you first before her." I stated, coldly
"Then, be it" I growled and snatch his neck, pushing him against the wall, pushing him hard upward, his face turning blue to purple when Athena shouts.
"I'm pregnant! And Calix is the father!" I froze. I let go of Richard making him fall on the floor, gasping for air.
No one dared to speak. Even Calix went shock. I let my head hung low and walk passed them but stop in a halt.
"What's your last name?"
"Collins" Athena answered in shaking voice. I closed my fist in a tight ball. I nodded my head.
Benjamin Collins. Uncle Ben Collins.
"Tell your father that I am coming for him and shred his body into pieces. And so are you." I said in a promise. I look over my shoulder to see Richard still filling his lungs for air. "You're out of my pack, even if your not yet official member of mine. I don't want to see your face anymore. Next time we'll meet, it's your end."
I walk passed Calix. He tried to hold my hand but I yanked it away. "Congratulations." I said coldly and left them, I ran through the woods and let out a loud howl of agony. I let Aleck take over and I crawled at the back her head.
Crying on the side. Aleck stop in a stream, she lay down on her stomach, her head laid on her paws and whimpering on her own. Both of us cry, our heart broken and scattered.
