Fantasma considered the old power station carefully as she knelt in the shadows on the bank of the Thames. Not much in the way of lights around the construction site, but those look like offices near the top. But would they keep her there, or closer to the pumping stations? There really wasn’t a good way to tell. She’d have to get closer. Going to go take a look around, she texted Ashley, then shut the phone off and put it away before making sure her hair was tucked in completely under her cap. She crept up to the cyclone fencing and barbed wire, then followed it until she reached the edge of the old collier docks, where ships had come in to unload their coal for the power plant’s massive furnaces.
