Chapter Five Stacey had been dreaming again when her phone woke her up. She had been running through a maze of trees, trying to catch up to someone when her eyes opened to her bedroom ceiling. On her night table, her phone vibrated loudly. In the quiet of the apartment, it felt as if someone was smashing a gong right next to her. Her clock showed it was a little after two in the morning.
