Chapter Six “Hey! Get up!” The voice broke through Stacey’s sleepy fog. She rolled over and looked in the doorway of her room. At first she thought that she was imagining it. “Seriously, you’re still in bed? It’s one in the afternoon.” “Allison?” Stacey asked, her throat as dry as parchment. “The one and only. You were supposed to send a car to get me from the airport.” Her tone was accusatory as she strolled into Stacey’s bedroom. “I forgot.
