"Because you needed someone in your corner." I was torn between thanking the heavens and cursing them for sending me Sebastian. I would have leaned more on thanking them, but the heavy dread I was feeling since I woke up had kept me from even glancing up the skies. Instead I stayed in my room, hiding from the world and the deity, waiting for the other shoe to drop.
