CEO of Barcelona’s most luxurious hotel, Mateu Espasa, prides himself on always delivering a five-star experience, but more, he must land his hotel in the hall of fame. His family depends on it. So, when he discovers hotel reviewer, London Montgomery, is a guest, he poses as a local tour guide to make sure she enjoys her stay. But soon, London's admirable sense of duty for her work and passion for his city makes Mateu want her just as much as he needs that review. 

Working non-stop to cover her mother’s medical bills, an exhausted London Montgomery is determined to have a little fun on her business trip before she cracks. With her to-do list in hand, she bumps into a man at a local market who fits #1 on her list: Kiss a hot Spaniard! But she soon discovers the charming man is really CEO of the hotel she’s reviewing. If it's games he likes, she's willing to play and decides to see just how far he’ll go to make her dream vacation five-stars, but there's more to Mateu than cava and caviar, he's a dedicated family man willing to do anything for those he loves, and when London falls head over heart for both, she realizes this isn’t a game either will win.
